The whole team constantly went out of their way to ensure the process was smooth and i remained informed during the entire underwriting process. Meticulous and organized, They kept me constantly updated on the status of my loan and what tasks were still outstanding with phone calls and follow up emails. I never felt like I had to pull information from them to stay informed. I truly appreciated the weekend close out emails that let me know were we stood, even if nothing changed. It really made me feel like they cared about what they do. We went to the table exactly 22 days later for closing with great loan terms and zero issues.
