I just left this location but I will never visit it again! They do not have tellers at the drive thru, only an ATM. In addition, when I walked inside, the "greeter" did not extend a hello or good morning. I wanted to make a deposit into a member's account but I was told that I needed a debit card. This place does not provide full service nor are they friendly.

    Response from the owner

This isn't the sentiment we aim for and we're grateful for the feedback. Rest assured, we'll get this post in front of the right eyes.^AS

BEWARE any car loan through Capital One you will be Charge a daily interest rate on the car loan. So basically you will be paying double for the car. What ever interest rate they give you that will be your daily interest charge for month to month payments. So BEWARE of daily interest.

Seriously, why bother having an account here if the bank just going to remain closed?

My wife opened an acct. for my kids here. I walked in with checks to deposit in their accts. and had to sign in. They dont have lines just a general area. When a employee came out I said I would like to deposit these checks in my kids accts. She asked if I had a debit card, which I don't, I just wanted to deposit the checks. She said I could not do that here......really? Nice bank, don't worry, I wont ask again to let me deposit checks to let them earn interest on my kids money.

    Response from the owner

Hey Ken - While the associates in our Select Service Centers aren't able to complete transactions in a more traditional manner, ATMs are on site for deposits (which is why she asked about the debit card here). In addition, associates are available within every Capital One Bank to assist you with our new features designed to help our customers bank anywhere, anytime. That said, we'll get this post in front of the right eyes as feedback for you - thanks for tapping us in on this. ^JG

Ok. I really like CapitalOne as a bank compared to many other big banks. However, keeping this so called branch open is not a good idea. I know that they are closing branches in many places but the format of this one misleads many to believe that they can get teller services here. Even putting up a sign up front saying "No Teller Services" would be less painful. This setup is illogical and unnecessary. Put it out of its misery already. Sure keep the ATM out front going but otherwise it doesn't need to stay open.

As others have mentioned, this is not a traditional bank where you can walk in and talk to a teller/employee immediately. In this case, I guess "Banking Reimagined" means only having one employee in the building who was completely tied down with another customer for at least half an hour. Someone else eventually showed up, only to have me start a process I could have done myself online. I just had a couple simple questions. I was treated respectfully and I'm sure the employees were just working within the framework in which they were placed... it just didn't make a lick of sense to me.

ATMs are down AGAIN! Third week in a row and the rep from the branch claim, “must be your card.” Ma’am your ATM literally states “Thank You for stopping by but this ATM is not working.” And the second one states “Withdrawals are unavailable at this ATM.” The problem is not MY card the problem is YOUR ATMs. This is so disappointing, they literally shut down the capital one on Nutley St. and Lee Hwy and I’m pretty sure this branch is next. If your are reading this review switch banks because Capital One is removing atms and branches and making it more difficult to access your cash.

    Response from the owner

Keeping those machines in working order is a huge part of our committment to our customers - thanks for bringing this to our attention. Rest assured that our techs are on the case. ^MS

The last few times I went there, a banker with strong accent treated me very discourtesy. She frequently interrupted my sentences and didn't seem to have patience to listen to my questions. Additionally, they used to offer full service there, but recently this branch has changed to a "select service center". Probably Capital One assumes that all customers know what those "select services" are, because when I went there for a service which unfortunately was not one of their "selected" service, a banker (unfortunately, the same lady with strong accent) pushed me a business card with the address of the nearest "full" service center (which is miles away) and simply closed the conversation without giving me time to ask for more clarifications. Very disappointed.

    Response from the owner

Not the experience we're going for, Shou - we're getting this review to our Branch Leadership team to address things. Thanks for the feedback and feel free to give us a ring (800.655.2265) or hop online and chat with us for anything and everything banking.

Went into this location to open up a savings account for my son yesterday. Had an associate greet us and told us to sign in. We were told that the person who would be helping us was finishing up with a customer at that time (customer was standing outside of cubicle discussing PNC banking). Customer starts to head out and associate walks out with him, still discussing PNC banking. A gentleman walks up to us (4 mins later) & tells us that he couldn't help us bc he was in investments but I would be helped shortly as he sees her out in the lobby talking to the customer. I said ok as I am patiently waiting for this associate to notice my son and I sitting in the lobby waiting. At 6 min, I noticed the associate who greeted us, take a customer into another cubicle area and started helping him. Of course, this angered me as I have been waiting for someone to help us. I have worked with Chevy Chase bank who was bought out by Capital One and never thought customer service would drop so drastically. I am glad this happened to me yesterday. It gave me time to research and I saw that the interest rate was very poor, I believe .74%. I am sitting at Main Street Bank right down opening street from this location. The junior savings account for my son is at 4%. The customer service is great and prompt at Main Street Bank. Now I know why my husband has his 9 chiropractic offices banking with Main Street Bank. I've learned my lesson with Capital One.

    Response from the owner

This is not the type of experience we're known for and appreciate you bringing it to our attention, Natasha. Rest assured, we're documenting this review and getting it promptly in front of our Branch Leadership team. In the meantime, while you're getting a great tiered interest rate on the first $1,000.00, if you're ever in the market for a consistent rate on the entire balance then please check out our Kid Savings (https://captl1.co/2km0sbv). Also, if ever interested in a checking for your son then we reccomend taking a peek at the Money account (https://captl1.co/2kunnEe). It comes with a fee free feeling, debit card, online and mobile banking so that your son can learn banking with the best... you!

Unfortunately I did not like my experience at this bank it’s a waste of time to go in since you can’t withdraw money at all and can’t ask as many questions , including the lady who attended me seemed annoyed at me because I was frustrated with my setup of my account

    Response from the owner

Thanks for taking time to communicate your experience—it sounds like it certainly missed the mark. Feedback like yours goes a long way towards an improved customer experience for everyone—consider it in front of the right eyes. ^MS
