Since day one my experience has been amazing! So far I cannot complain because everyone has been so helpful with the process of my loan forgiveness and also helping me get my credit score on a better level! My case manager Johnny is amazing and he keeps me posted via email and phone calls and I appreciate all he has done thus far plus everyone else I have worked with throughout my time so far..when it comes to my loans and my credit! This program is amazing and I highly recommend looking into them to help you!

Everyone that I have worked with over the last several years have been very communicative, professional, helpful with any questions, and great at problem solving when working with the company my student loans are through. I don't know how this company received such high ratings. I was very much misinformed from the initial gentleman who called me. They did absolutely nothing for me. My payments are exactly the same as they were before plus I am now paying an extra $39 a month to US Student Loan Center! Additionally, I have left several messages for a certain gentleman to call me back and he never does, which, in my opinion, is very unprofessional. I am editing my review as I have received a phone call and was assured that what I am seeing online is not what I will be paying. I am grateful for their response, care and concern. Last week, I called the US Student Loan Center and I spoke with Johnny. I have spoken to him a couple of times before. I had a problem that he helped me with but last week Johnny was excited to help me get back on track. His excitement made me happy and it let me know that he cares about his customers. USSLC staff has been working very hard to lower my monthly student loan payments. The staff members are all friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, professional, and understand to meet the needs of serving their customers. I have been working with Johnny G. over the last couple of months and he has been terrific in answering all my questions. The actual process was really easy to do and took about 30 days to get approved. (There is administrative fees that is different for everyone, mine is $39 a month, which I can call and talk to loan adviser anytime and the fee goes towards re-certifying your loan. There are also bonuses that come with monthly price. I get discounts from movies to travel and much more. It is well worth it!) I had a very large student loan that had accrued from a doctorate program and Johnny helped me figure out the best program for my current situation. Words cannot express how deeply grateful I am that there are programs like these available to students. Due to various issues with my school, I am not able to get a license with my degree, thus not able to properly use this degree and get a job in that field, which has been very difficult to digest. This program has literally saved me from defaulting on my student loan and I would highly recommend them to any student who is fresh out of college and struggling to get a job. USSLC has been very professional and responsive in calling me or emailing me to explain any information I needed with financial aid, student loans, and repayment options.

I have been with US Student Loan Center for over a year and they have been nothing but wonderful to me! Hope is my Customer Success Manager, and she is the best. She is always making sure I understand whats going on, what documents (because I've been a harder client) and keeps me updated with emails and phone calls. I give them a 5 star because they well deserve it if it was a 10 star I would give that to them . Why because these are thee most charismatic people . So helpful , they make sure your needs are met and get thee best experience possible. They can accommodate you if you lost your job and aren’t able to pay off your loan that month their very helpful and understanding as long as your honest and willing to let them know what’s going with your situation . They are here to help. They will work with you and you can tell they love their job . Tremendous customer service and I’m very big on that . Their punctual, professional, funny and they make you feel comfortable and like a person and not just someone that needs to pay their funds . I would highly recommend USLC . I’ve been a very loyal customer since 2014 I believe and I don’t trust any other company but them . So yea they deserve 10 stars *********

I have loved being part of this program for the last three years. Every person I have worked with are always so understanding and helpful to my needs. I had a good experience with them. Carlos Hernandez was very professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and concerns. He provided me with options and helped me decide the best fit for me. He also took the time to explain the entire process to me. I didn't know what else to do or where else to turn regarding my student loan debt. The new repayment plan will work with my budget and fits my needs. What I like best is everything was transparent.....no surprises. I'm glad I called.

My experience with the US Student Loan Center was amazing. When I called, Kristin Vogel answer and she was so helpful. She answered all my questions and helped me to understand the process. That was over a year ago. I was on the verge of having my wages garnished and they were already holding my taxes. I am a single mother of 3 boys and we live pay check to pay check. So when I got the letter they were going to garnish my wages, i was beside myself. I did some online research and found this company. Because Kristin was so nice and helpful I decided to give them a chance. I now have 1 monthly payment which is very low and affordable and I also got a loan for a new vehicle. I could have never done that before talking with Kristin. My credit has gone up so much. I just wanted to publicly thank Kristin for being a wonderful person and helping me out so much. It great to not worry about my paychecks being taken and having a vehicle we can depend on. Thank you Kristin!! You truly are amazing!!
