    Please don’t waist your time dealing with this credit union. Been a member for about 4 years now trying to build a relationship with this branch, and build my credit. I applied for a small credit increase on my credit card for the sole purpose to raise my credit score. Always payed this card off in full every month, and never missed a payment. After providing proof of three sources of my income. They said they couldn’t use any of this income on the credit application. Got a co-signer with next to perfect credit to co-sign on the application, and still was denied. You guys must have some really high standards! Almost seems like you don’t want to do business with people. Thanks so much for wasting my time (Stephanie in the loans department),and pulling both mine, and my co-signers credit just to deny the application. Really appreciate it!

    I am a member of credit union, through references from friends, my experience until last month was excellent, everything changed for the worse, USF affected my credit due to a delay in payment, caused by the bad work of the banks, USF and Bank of America Since the payment is made authentically and in the account statements, it is shown that there were sufficient funds throughout the year. after waiting 4 weeks, USF refused to help me despite not being responsible for the bad work of the banks in question, when we expected everything to be solved and advocating the professionalism of the USF staff, but distrusting, we detected that the transfer, scheduled for the 23rd, it was not yet made, despite the fact that we signed the authorization so that USF could access to make the transfer directly, today we called USF and the authorization to make the automatic payment did not exist in the system, we were late Again due to the bad work of USF, we had to make the payment and re-authorization and it will be effective next month. It is not my intention to harm the reputation of USF, but please do not harm your members or clients, because of the poor work of someone within the institution. I hope I don't have to suffer any more disappointments. Thank you.

    Love my credit union. Always friendly, helpful. Short wait time. Great credit card and loan rates. Thanks for taking good care of me. Never would say this about the big banks like Bank of America, Wells Fargo. Go credit union only!!!

    Tania is a horrible teller. Had me sit down and waste my time waiting for a service they "dont provide". I spoke to the manager at my credit union they recommended me coming here because it's affiliated with my branch. He told me i could do a wire here no problem. The manager at this branch disagreed with me, and didnt bother helping to find a solution or more information which was lacking on her part. Very poor customer service and misinformed employees and manager. I rather keep my fcu out of state and deal with the hassle rather than opening account with this excuse of a branch.

    Toni is the best! Had the worst morning ever to be had because of mid Florida shutting my card off without warning! But Toni stepped right in and saved the day! I will return to this branch as often as I can for great customer service throughout all the employees. Even the African guy in the drive thru is amazing! 10 stars ⭐️!

    My father had a account with this company. He passed away a couple years ago. And I went to see if my father had any money there. And I never got a response back from them. I really wanted to open a new account there. Because when he was a live I wanted to follow him. Now since this happen and these reviews I’m scared too

    So I recently went in to get a car loan refinanced, the gentleman greeted me and told me that we could certainly do that. As we are going through my credit which was good, he told me that the total amount of my loan was too much to refinance. he would look into it. Naturally, that concerned me but I accepted it anyways. After 2 weeks, I did not hear anything at all. I called and they told me, "oh yeah, sorry, it was denied because it was too high of an amount to finance. Sorry that no one ever called you back." To be clear, I NEVER POST reviews, EVER. This is the first one I have written. This Credit Union is the worst I have ever dealt with. The customer service is lousy! Don't trust your money with these people. They just DON'T CARE!

    My experience at this location has been pleasant. Although, I had a large issue and a short timeframe to resolve this issue. The first person I spoke with wasn't able to meet my needs due to common bank restrictions. However, after pressing the issue I spoke with Patricia Reeves(Branch Manager). She was able to work within the bank regulations and took care of my needs and exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

    I do not understand the negative reviews on here despite understanding each person's interactions are different. This place is wonderful with a staff that is friendly, professional and efficient. I'm not even a member here, I use the Shared Branching options, and find MIDFLORIDA to be an amazing financial institution.

    There were 8 people behind the counter and none of them helped me for about 15 minutes. I was the only one in line and simply wanted to ask one of them a question. Sure enough they couldn't provide a copy of a check I deposited through them so I wasted my lunch break. I have seen them outright argue with customers in the past so I take it customer service isn't their strong suit. Edit: W. Waters Ave., Tampa, Fl. location. I am a member of a shared branch. I contemplated switching but I prefer keeping my FCU from another state than dealing with these people more than I have to.
