First day, I went in to this establishment , I was greeted by a happy young lady by the name of Amy. She answered my questions about the business and it’s new manager Pete. Pete is a most professional and friendly man, looking to give you the most value for your item. I was able to negotiate with with Pete, and they offered me another $100 to the $700 they offered originally. Told me to think about it and let them know….Hence No Pressure…. When I returned to sell my High-end, Yves Saint Laurent purse, Pete and Amy handle my transaction with care. Amy proceeded to process and get my funds to me with expedience but not before asking if I wanted a sell or loan to ensure I got the best possible deal, along with Marie explaining the difference! Bravo to this most cohesive team!

Amy and Marie at US Pawn we’re incredibly helpful when we arrived to the store. They had posted an ad earlier on Craig’s list of some items (retro video games) that I was looking for, and when we got into the store immediately showed us the merchandise, as well as a few other related items that just came in. There was no pressure to buy anything additional, but I still wound up getting a great deal on a couple of extra pieces I didn’t expect they would have. Overall I’ll be checking back with them to see what they have, and see if they can supply some finishing items to my collection. Thank you guys, and see you soon!

Complete assh*oles didn’t even wanna give someone the time of day who needed a large loan. Go elsewhere there’s many other shops that would’ve been happy to help. Don’t recommend. Stay away from the know it all with long hair.

Went in looking for a drill and was assisted promptly in getting one they even gave a drill bit and extension which didn’t come with the drill the employees were very help I’d definitely shop there again.

After having beyond negative experience, as a local customer and speaking with manager it is clear that he has no patience and won't even be acceptable to accountability instead covers for his workers mistakes and lies. I am a firm believer of supporting local business but clearly this manager doesn't think it's important to hear his customer. I have referred other clients and will discontinue any more referrals. Had the manager understood the importance of customer retention I would have given a third chance. Honest business bring longevity and by this experience I can give you clear understanding that you don't understand the capability of your growth potential.

‘It’s a great day at our store’ is not something you hear every time you call a business. I don’t usually go to pawn shops but I found an incredible deal for a gorgeous grand piano at this store and I cannot thank Amy and her team enough for their support and professional service. It surely is a great day every day when you wake up to practice on a grand piano and nobody can hear it! U.S. Pawn family made my day. Dawn was so helpful with helping me decide on my first firearm purchase for my daughter. He listened to what I needed and made sure that I was able to view everything that was perfect for me.
