I have never been to a bank that has a worse drive through system in my entire life. It makes me want to switch banking with them altogether. If you can go to literally any other branch than this Davie one. I have never once been in the drive through for less than 30 minutes.

They will add on $4000 "CPI ADD-ON" to your loan without ever letting you know that you need comprehensive and collision insurance. When I saw this add-on they said all I have to do is send proof of insurance and it will be refunded, which I did. It took two or three more calls for someone to finally let me know that my insurance also has to have comprehensive and collision insurance. SO I added it and resent the proof of insurance. But they will only refund half now. Pretty deceptive practice IMO

I spoke with Zulma about a Heloc and she assisted me in answering all my questions. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable of the products and services for BrightStar . Highly recommended for any loans that you might need.

The service provided by the cashier Jose at the BrightStar Credit Union in Davie was excellent as he did his job and informed me about other bank options and services that I could access.

She was helpful, patient, responsive, informative and attentive to my needs while making suggestions I didn't consider. Working with her made me happy that I have been a Brightstar Credit Union customer for a number of years!

drive thru is good, but every time i go in, the wait is ridiculous. I am the only person waiting . Including me there are 3 customers and 5 employees. The check in told me 0-5 minutes and ive been here for 40 minutes (so far). So ya . Not cool.

I had a few problems, however, Tommy and the manager Manisha, from the Davie branch, worked together and got it all straightened out! They were very patient and explained everything.

I financed my Jeep in 2015 with Bright Star Credit Union. My experience with Bright Star was so positive, that when I bought a new car a few weeks ago, I financed it with Bright Star again! Nicklette Kitt, Member Service Representative, helped me with the financing. She is professional, knowledgeable & caring. Nicklette made the experience positive, & for that I am grateful! I highly recommend Bright Star Credit Union!

My teller Nil was pleasant, polite and professional. She took of my transaction quickly and went beyond what was expected. The Davie branch is the best in the county

I love this branch of BrightStar. The employees are always kind and pleasant! I just wish they would have the lobby open on Saturdays!

If I could do negative stars i would. Never have I ever dealt with customer service this bad when it comes to finances. I had a loan with them and they put an extra almost $3k charge on my account for not having insurance (when i submitted it multiple times). When i tried to call I was on hold for 45 minutes before the line hung up then another HOUR AND A HALF before they answered. I ended up driving to a location, waited to be seen and sat with the representative before they finally picked up. And guess what they found when I was finally able to speak with someone. MY PROOF OF INSURANCE. I ended up paying off the loan to avoid dealing with this "business" and to better qualify for my mortgage, and have yet to receive my payoff letter. So i'm stuck with the process of waiting on hold with the worlds most annoying and repetitive hold tone again. as I write this im sitting on 47 minutes on hold and counting. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THERE ARE WAYYYYYY BETTER OPTIONS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS CREDIT UNION IN WHOLE. NOT JUST THIS SPECIFIC BRANCH. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE WHOLE CREDIT UNION ITSELF NOT JUST THIS BRANCH

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!! They stated that I do not communicate however EVERY time I call it is a long wait time. They repoed my car this morning, Christmas week, for being 1.5mo past due, adding December in to it stating 2.5mo. Mrs. Parker has been aware of my finanical bind for over 1.5yrs since COVID started along with several emails sent to customer service with NO response. They uses a repo company that is in flipping Hialeah, who wants to charge $500 + $25/per day for me to get the car out because I live in Sunrise! Was told would receive a call back from this morning within about an hour, to see if they would be able to work with me on the payment to get the car out but rep told me most likely not, so right off bat not trying to help someone in need. That was at 10am, no return call. I once again have been waiting on hold for over an hour. I can't make a payment if I lose my job because I am on a personal call and don't have transportation to work! Despite multiple emails notifying that it is difficult for me to answer personal calls while at work and easier to communicate through text or email, they continue to call my personal phone during they day along with my work phone. When I do return their call receive message I have reached them after hours and to call back. Repo place closes at 4pm, it is now 330pm, so now will be charged an additional day. They blatantly do not care about anyone in a financial bind. I still have yet to receive ANY assistance due to COVID. NONE!

Maria was an outstanding and amazing service representative! The wait time at this branch was impeccable. Maria was very knowledgeable with all the various services that Bright Star has to offer that were suitable for my needs. I am elated to have meet Maria Recalde. She made me feel right at home. BrightStar Credit Union is the best!! Especially Nicklette Kitt, I felt right at home!! Nicklette was kind and understanding, and she got me all set up with a new account. I highly recommend her to help you resolve any issues you might have. As a owner of a Limousine company you really needs a bank which can assist and guide you in every situation. I am so happy that i met someone in a Davie branch named Maria in a drive through who was helping someone i came with to the bank i was surprised to see the level of great customer service she gave to my friend.l was sold,and i went and open and used auto loan accounts with them and then even more i open a business account with them just because of that one person's professional attitude her smile wouldn't stop even though if there is a tough customer.l am so happy that with her i know i will always is a good hand .Thank you Bright stars for having such an amazing people working for you👏 two thumbs up.
