Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Broward Blvd, Plantation

Worst bunch of people in customer service at that bank I went there this morning to get something notarized which is one of the free services if your customer they acted like they didn't care that the system was down they said they couldn't do it I spoke to the regular Bank of America 800 number line and they said they could have done it they should have done it these people at this Bank treat customers like garbage when I go in there which is very seldom they are very abusive and act like they don't care about you at all I give it zero Stars negative five

It took 30 min to see a teller jut to get change. Not sure why ALL the teller windows are never open. The "Personal Bankers" just point and direct but never get back behind the counter to assist. I'm seriously contemplating changing my personal and business accounts.

Super bad customer service and unprofessional. Super long lines with 30min waiting. Will be closing my business bank account due to the way we were treated by the teller Patricia here at this branch. Very unfortunate

Long lines with only two tellers . I used the atm outside but the teller said I had to withdraw the money inside the branch because the 3 security questions wasn’t enough to make that withdraw, so Bank of America made it inconvenient for me and my family .

Can I give zero stars? Bank of America is the typical "step on the little guy, kiss the ass of corporations" big bank. Closing my accounts and going to TD or my local credit union.

Today Saturday we have been sitting in the lobby of this bank for over one hour. The manager is just walking back and forth instead of sitting down and helping the customers. Something so simple yo removes the name of someone from an account you have to seat at the bank and wait for 1-hour ridiculous and disrespectful for a customer that have things to do with their families on Saturdays. Furthermore, there is only one register open. They need to hire more people to work on Saturdays.

One teller, one person assisting. I have to wait more than 45 mns just to get TWO pages notarized. That's a problem wasting people's time, when they just need something simple.

In my opinion, this location is trying too hard to boost their "customer service" by placing one employee at the door to "help" you by escorting you to wherever you need to go. Sadly this is always a painfully annoying experience because it's very fake and abrasive and almost everyone knows exactly where they are supposed to go anyway.

I think it's absolutely absurd they charge you an $8 fee to cash a check that's written from the bank it makes no sense why I have to get charged to cash a check that was written to me as payment why should I have to pay to cash my check at the bank where the check was written I think that is absolute rip-off and a scam I will never bank with Bank of America or deal with Bank of America again

Should not be one person working behind the counter with a long line of people waiting... took me over an hour just to see someone.
