US Pawn Jewelry Across Hard Rock FL, Fort Lauderdale

I've bought many things here. I got ripped off. I dropped off at bracelet off. I wanted a few links cut off. 1 month later I called and the guy said 15$ and calls back saying 25$... I paid it just to get it back. They didn't cut no links and waited so I paid 25 to get my jewelry back.. I paid around almost 2k on jewelry there.. They lost business with me. I will be looking for another jewelry store. Would've thought I would've been respected to get a call it'll be ready psh if I could 0 stars I'd do it.......

Very happy with John from us pawn I literally searched all over Stirling road and sheridan street for someone who changed watch batteries and tried us pawn. John greeted me right away and took all three of my watches and the price was very affordable and he returned the watches with the set times and made sure they all were functioning before walking out. I was looking around pawn shops to sell rings I purchased in the past. It took a while to finally let them go. Prior to coming here a few other nearby pawn shops wanted to give me little to nothing for my rings. I should have come straight here to Eddie. He took a look at the rings and understood its worth to me. He gave me an amazing deal and then some. Real great people him and his team. You guys made it very easy for me. Thank you. I highly recommend these guys. I've been in the customer service industry for 10+ years and i can tell you these guys are top notch.

Literally the best place that exists, so hospitable, Natalie is phenomenal for jewelery and such a sweetheart, I own 5 pawn shops in Vegas and 3 jewelery stores and they are unmatched by this place. I look forward to comeing back and would highly recommend anyone that comes by the hard rock to stop in and say hello.

Like some, buying anything at a pawn shop is typically not the norm. But let me just tell any skeptics out there (now formerly one!), this first experience at one has changed my mind. To be honest, my experience @ US PAWN was excellent! Keith was such a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking for quality items in like new or new condition, with fantastic prices and a no pressure buying experience..... then this is the place to go. . The staff was super friendly and down-to-earth.. they work with you because I came there and I had a need so they were able to make my pawn transaction worth the while. I have been to other pawn shops and they do their best to give you the most money. What a very happy experience now I can take care of what I need to do and be back to pick up my items LOL

Disgusting conmen own this shop. The owner tried to sell me an ounce of silver for over $60, the spot price of silver right now is $24.47 with places like APMEX selling for $29.49 + tax , let alone that when I walked down to the GC pawn I bought an ounce of silver for $3 over spot. Disgusted that they thought I was dumb enough to fall for this, even more insulted that they have done this to someone else in the silver stacking community. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PAWN SHOP. 0/5 stars is my real review.

Eddie AC and Natalie are by far the best pawn shop workers I have ever dealt with I will not go anywhere else with anything they are hands down the best they will give you the best price I actually went to about 10 pawn shops multiple times just to see and they always give the highest price and they always give you the best price if your looking to buy an item from there store please don’t go anywhere else this is the number one place hands down !
