Reply to Owner: This is not a deceptive review. I did actually visit you when I was in the market to buy a car. However, all used cars that at least I saw had either broken/cracked windshield or other similar visible damages. I had called ahead before visiting and asked about the cars and I was told to come and take a look myself. If I had known in advance about the condition of their cars, I would not have driven 50 minutes to your place. I hope it helps. Also, the cars I was shown had really high mileage: 150K-200K+ over 5-6 years and looked almost garbage

I was driving by and saw the number and figured I would give them a try. I have no regrets at all. It has been the best experience ever. I had been looking for a good family van for my family and I saw cars and credit online and called and made an appointment with Liz whom was very friendly on the phone. Actually this is the worst dealer in US I have seen the Honda I purchased AC doesn't work functionally and still the car there for 10 days dealer he doesn’t want refund my downpayment and still keep it ,right now AC has problem and key broken and no fianance any more and still keep it and don’t want refund !!! Very poor business. After finding a truck I was interested in buying we started the process of the financing. After being there for several hours I asked why it was taking so long. I never got a straight answer. I also had to ask to take a test drive rather than being offered one. The sales guy came with and really only let me drive it around the block more less. I ended up waiting there over 7 hours only to be turned down. They weren't even the least bit apologetic. The guy John then tried to offer me cars when I told them I want a truck from the start. I won't be attempting to do business with them again

Its typical of used car dealers on 441 in Hollyhood selling practically junk for new car prices. If you need a reliable vehicle go to the big box car dealership and spend that $15 to $20k that you were going to spend on a used broken down vehicle on a new one you will be better off in the long run and you will save yourself a lot of money and aggravation in the long run. In short stay away from the mom and pop used car dealers on 441. I wouldn't buy anything from them.

They sold me a pile of .... and took five days to approve me only to find out it was more of a headache afterwords. Bought a truck from them and rear wheels of the truck is twisted causing me to eat through tires in less than a month. Spoke to owners and was told that they were going to get back with me, and so far they have not call me back. A week after writing this, my transmission went out. Still haven't heard from the owners since I was told I would get a call back. Only have the truck 7 weeks now.
