    I went to the independence location in Charlotte. Paul, Terry and Lisa were phenomenal! The process was fairly easy. I went in at 9 am and drove off the lot at 1 pm in the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. The entire staff was polite, courteous, personable and able to answer all my questions. They were able to explain the process and made this THE BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had! Thank you guys! I will recommend you to everyone I know!

    I just want to say my experience was phenomenon with sales associate Tre cigars very nice gentleman and general manager I think that was Paul and the lady in the office I’m sorry I can’t remember her name she was nice as well my experience was so great and noun I can start building my credit again I love and enjoy my new car thanks for all your help

    The whole staff was nothing short of amazing! I had a wonderful experience and Trey and Paul worked diligently to make sure I drove off the lot with the exact car I came for! I am completely in love with my car and haven’t stopped driving it since Friday! Thank you!

    They repo my car after 3 weeks .I told them I had covid they didn't care then after talking I got it back .They told me I had warrenty on my car for 10,000 miles or 10 months.Transmission went out in less than a year.I took car to shop and he says he can't look at for at least another 2 to 3 weeks and I'm like what am I'm suppose to do all that time while I'm waiting and goes that's not my problem.Dont by from this clown he doesn't care about you just about the money

    You used to be able to speak directly to 1 person when making payments, apparently now that has changed so now you are talking to random people when you first call. Our previous experience with that is that when something goes wrong it is hard to pinpoint problems and get things resolved quickly. Also now that divorce they put in our car that shuts off the car if you don’t make your payment on time is now making the voltage in our car too high and is now short circuiting our car and blowing out our high beam and head lights. We are literally purchasing lights every 2-3 months and these lights are NOT cheep! I was also told by a mechanic that those machines damage vehicles over time, something we tried to tell the mngr not too long after we first purchased the car. Was also told by a lot of banks that companies that do this are normally shyster companies!

    Went in today after trying a couple other places. Am I so glad I did! I literally done the pre-approval application online while sitting in the parking lot. Immediately got a call, questioning on what I was looking for etc. The lady I was speaking to was a rep for them out of state, as soon as she found out I was in the parking lot of the location where I live she placed me on hold, came back and told me to go on in the store manger Paul was waiting for me on the inside. Walk in immediately greeted with kindness etc. He introduced me to Terry who was my salesman. Let me tell you from previous car buying experience at other dealerships, this experience is #1. Told them what I was looking for and what I had as a down payment. Let me tell you they are fabulous. Worked with me, listened to my needs. Very polite, friendly and entertaining. Great positive atmosphere. I had a question about something and Paul was quickly to tell me what he would do. Overall this is the place to buy a car. They will be upfront and honest about things, and thoroughly explain what your getting into.

    My experience here was great! Management tailored his attention to my situation and worked with what was given the best way possible to ensure I got what I needed- a dependable car. Persistent and personable. Great team overall and left satisfied with not only the vehicle but with the service that was provided that day and continously thereafter. Process got a little slow but considering the time of the year, time in the evening, & my circumstance - I give it a pass. Happy to have done business with them!

    Warning!! if you can, Don’t buy a car from US Auto, They will turn your Car off at will. I work a 12 hour shift I just paid my Bill, I came and got in my Car And they already turn it off. This is the second time they did this for no reason.I get off work at 7:00 in the morning and I can’t call them because they don’t open till 8:00. They will have you stranded please I repeat Don’t Buy a Car from US Auto. If you do they turn your car off and you will stuck wherever you are. Just ask around I’m sure I’m not the only person this happened too!!

    I purchased a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan last march within 2 mo my car was disabled. I purchased the extended warranty so I put it in the shop… the car went in came out went right back and stayed a consecutive 10 months…. I tried working with the staff about fixing the problem and everyone bounced me around like a basketball…. End of story I had to pay for a rental 9 of those ten months and they were supposed to make a final decision about whether or not to replace the faulty vehicle which could not be fixed by three different mechanics. They did me dirty and placed the missed payment on my credit then repoed the car and stopped calling me back period. I’ll NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM HERE. My initial experience was great until it was time to show and prove. Out of thousands of dollars and now my credit is screwed because they did not handle this in proper time. I paid the note even tho I hadn’t driven the car in 8 months told them I could not keep paying for rentals and my note they took their time making a decision to fix the problem…. And STILL NO RESOLUTION. Me and my kids will have to find another car elsewhere… VERY UNHAPPY FORMER CUSTOMER MRS. Phifer was here!

    My husband and I did NOT have an enjoyable time when we went to the dealership because they said for us to send in our information through email and 2 days later calls to ask us to come in to meet. After spending money on lyft we get there to find out we are still not qualified but no one could communicate this before we waisted time and money coming to the business.

    I give great rating to Paul & Trey! Linda or whoever the lady is that has you finalized documents, actually ate lunch in front of us while we waited to finalize our forms! I thinks she is rude, if you don’t like working with people then she should find a new job! Other than that I would have given 4 stars!
