This store was nice, neat, and clean. I really like that they had the exact item I was looking for and it was already playing (speaker). The rest of the items in the store were well organized and I was able to see each item clearly and priced. Also, my cashier for the day name was Eric and his customer service skills are absolutely awesome. I work in customer service and lots of times I quietly criticize they way I’m being handled. I went to purchase some car audio equipment and they asked if I needed any help and I told them I was interested in buying 2 12 inch kicker subs. I asked if I could listen to them first and they had no problem doing that for me! Contacted her on there and then came into the store knowing exactly what I was looking for. She and the other staff are very nice and easy to talk to. Newer place so hope they keep this comfortable feeling that you don't get from most pawn shops. Very clean and as of now they have very good grand opening pricing. Told her I was in a hurry and she made the process very painless. Working with Krystal is the way to go. Will definitely be back. They also have a referral program.

Chic-fil-a of pawn shops! This didn’t feel at all like what comes to mind when I think of a pawn shop transaction. This was top of the line! I saw a post of an appliance online and inquired. Eric answered my inquiry an was very informative and was also willing to negotiate fairly over the listed price. When I walked in the place was shockingly clean and well kept. I asked for Eric and while I waited every representative greeted me kindly (not like some pawn brokers who only speak if they think they’ll make commissions off if you) Eric and the store manager carried my appliance and it’s accessories to my car and thanked me for my business! Definitely shopping here again soon!

I used to like this location. They got a few new employees now and a new manager who have no idea what they are doing. Ive been twice recently. The first time the woman said my gold was fake, it wasn’t and another pawn shop gave me beyond what I asked for. Yesterday, I took a Mac in and was told it was too old and offered a loan of $100. I took the same Mac to another shop and was loaned $450 for the Mac. Id stay clear of this location for loans until their employees change out again. The same woman helped me both times. She had the super long and gross blue fingernails, she has no clue what she is doing and her manager who is new also has no ideas what she is doing. Other locations and shops are better imo.

My husband pawned some item and my special Spider-Man Edition PlayStation was one of them. He retrieved his items but only my PlayStation was left. I did pay on that item. We called to see how long I had til it was put in the store so that I could catch up my payments and I was told that they had sold it. So if you give three months until default why would you sell my item after 66 days. An no one tried to reach out. My husband even updated his number and they didn’t put it in the system. Seems to me they are dumb and incompetent. I will never do business here again

We went into this location today, and it was a fabulous experience! Clean, organized and well staff. All the staff was attentive, and Matthew was more than just friendly, he was very available to answer questions! The manager Chris was very helpful, friendly as could be. This place is great!! Employees here are very nice and respectful. I don't ever say that about places. Specially pawn shops. I have been to this location a lot and always found what I needed and they would always bargain with you on price. Bought amp and speakers that work great and were great deal. I bought a tablet to use to watch security cameras, another discount on that by bargaining. Just yesterday, bought a laptop to replace one I had that just failed. I needed to get the info off the hard drive before it bricked. The replacement laptop is excellent and you already know the price was great. New laptop is super quiet and I also saved my hard drive info. Now if I want I can rebuild my other laptop. Nation Pawn has been good to me, I will also mention the one they have on South Blvd is a good one as well. Both locations treat you like they want your business and want you to come back. So they treat you well. I have been to others and did not receive the nice and courteous act. More of a judgmental stereotype. I will just say those places are everywhere that are not named National Pawn and jewelry. Have a good day!

We just recently went to this location. It was a great experience. The gentleman acknowledged us right away and took care of what we were looking for right away. They didn’t have a big stock in yet. But he did say they would be enlarging their inventory very soon.If you are looking for that something, give them a try. I am just sorry We didn’t get his name. But did tell the management he needs a raise.

Mr. Lynwood (store manager) was very knowledgeable and pleasant he knew is stuff and was well on point and the prices were more then fair. Mrs. Isabel the store clerk was so sweet and kind. They are two of the kindest people I’ve met in a long time. Very nice location plenty of selections to choose from. And great customer service skills.

Reva, Lynwood, Brandon, and Renee all are awesome professional staff. It was my second visit to National. Each time I interacted with staff at this location its had been an amazing visit and I came out a satisfied customer.

Polite and attentive staff who were willing to stand back and let us move at our own pace but were also ready to jump in when asked. We bought a gold band and a diamond ring at a very good price for both. They even gave us a discount to eliminate the tax on the items. Their COVID protocols were good too. (Everyone had masks, plenty of sanitization materials around, no hand shakes, etc...) The shop is open and airy, doesn't feel like a dungeon as some pawn shops do. Nice selection of items with what appeared to be good prices throughout. It sometimes feels a bit ghoulish to pick over the possessions others have pawned, but if you're going to do it, this is the place. We'll definitely be back again.

I visited this location as was just curious about the establishment. When I entered the staff were very courteous in greeting me where as I felt very welcomed. One of the staff members Crystal was very helpful in assisting me with the understanding of what I was looking to purchase. Also another staff member Dave further schooled me on the features of the product as well. The staff here work great together, and I will definitely visit this location again.

Unlike a lot of pawn shops, this one is attentive and makes you feel welcome. They don't talk down to you when you bring something in that they're not going to buy. They just let you know up front if it's something they don't feel like they could sell. While I don't think I've ever seen any pawn shop give you what you think something is worth, they seemed to be pretty fair in that regard. I'm sure I'll come back again.

Staff were friendly. Would likely get an offer from them when selling items in the future. Can probably get more by selling to an individual, but that also comes with more time and possibly more risk depending on the buyer.
