Has a good transaction got a new Xbox. Hard to find. They assisted with the sale great. Plugged it up turned it on connected to their WiFi. Good experience. Decent price. Plus 6 month warranty for 10% no too bad

Amazing experience every-time. They give you the more then any other pawn shop in Charlotte. I’m speaking specifically about the one on Monroe Rd. The other smart lawns low ball sometimes. I actually buy good quality items at really great prices. They’re fair and I really respect that. Most times when people know you’re in desperate times they will Take the advantage of that. But not here! My favorite pawn shop for loans and purchases! They Rock!!! And this is a real review!!! Their crew is amazing Krystal, Lewis, Daniel the bomb!

Smart Pawn is operated by very professional, honest hard-working people. They always give you too value for you items and impeccable customer service. After a bad breakup, I had to build my Life and Finances back from the ground up....and this company always have me respect, privacy and a warm welcome. I've always been impressed with the name brand items in the store (appliances, jewelry, Sneakers, bicycles, high heels, powrtools, laptops, etc, but it's their customer service that has always been stellar to me. If you ever need a pawn place to go, go here, You'll be glad you did! Great store, even better people!

Awesome customer service. I left Smart Pawn on South blvd due to the bad customer bad service an poor choices they r makin when purchasing item from other customers. The guys here at the monroe rd. Went above an beyond what they. Had too. Thanks so very much for the awesome service. Will definitely be back. As far as the South blvd location it just needs to be shut down. The merchandise they buying is just plain awful . A very special shout out to the 2 gentlemen who helped me at Monroe rd location . I Love This Pawn shop!!! Alfredo and Louise are the BEST!!! I literally drove down from PA 10 hrs to Charlotte NC to pawn an item because NO one would give me what I needed for my pawn loan. That is dedication!! They are wonderful have been dealing with them for 4 years and they really do care and take care of you as much as they can and I thank them for this. No matter what state I move to I will always drive to them to take care of my pawns because they really do try hard and they do a wonderful job!!!!!

Even though they didn’t want my useless obsolete junk that I already knew wasn’t worth anything, they were helpful and very nice and the store is very clean with has many gently used items at fair and more than fair prices!

I feel like items are priced a little high but they try to work with you as much as they can. They are a very lucky company to have Chris there. He is an individual who exceeds expectations with the level of professionalism that continues to have me want to return as a customer I hope that the owners and upper management realize how great of an employee they have because individuals that I have had personal experience with do not provide the level of customer service that I received from Chris. I absolutely loved the environment of the store ! I was greeted as soon as I stepped in the store. Luis Bedoya was extremely helpful and a great, he help me pick out the right jewelry for my wife. I was very pleased and will be coming back.

Horrible service. This location post prices on items , then when you get to the register, marks the price up and claims to the customer they made a mistake. This is the second time this has happened to me. The manager is unprofessional in how he communicates the price issue with the customer. I recommend customers to go to the 2 south boulevard locations instead. At least those locations don’t make mistakes with prices when they tag them on items......
