Went in on Friday night with a bunch to sell and a Nikon camera to look at. Felt like I could've gotten a bit more for my stuff or a bit more off the camera without hassling and just being upfront. Not really happy with the typical greasy salesman type manager, slick backed hair and snarky remarks but my sales associates were awesome Ava and Ana I believe not to mention Jimmy who was super nice to my 3yo daughter. Went back on Saturday and same thing except this time we got closer to where I needed to be and they made it all happen quite quick. Camera has a few more clicks than I wanted but it was a great deal. Go check these guys out they got a TON of stuff and not too bad of a price. Tell em I sent ya.

I went there today to get a last minute gift for my boy friend .. An a great sales person named Ava , Helped me out.. I know I got on her nerves.. But she made it happen . Looove this place. First off Jimmy is awesome! I came in for an Apple TV and it didn’t work well with my community wifi (captive network) and I returned it no problem. I saw a vacuum I wanted as well so we were able to make a trade instead of pushing the funds back and forth to my card. They made it really easy and we’re super understanding. Definitely going back for some power tools next week lol!

I will never go back they told me my rings were fake so they could lowball me I ended up taking them to a jeweler for testing and both places said they were in fact real 18k and 14k and offered me top dollar for both rings plus the five other ones I wanted to pawn the way I laughed when they gave them to me and said they were fake I had over 19g of gold rings and they tried to offer me 200 my jewelry is my personal investment NEVER FAKE!

I went into the Eastway location today and it was my first time at a pawn shop. I had a lot of questions and Ava took her time and answered all my questions! Tried to sell a amp that I brought for $300 brand new tried to sell it and they tried to give me $45. They will rip you off I wouldn’t recommend them.

Update on review this place has gone from good to bad to worst 3 months ago I came and pawned a ps4 console remotes camera VR headset and a stearing wheel I was given $350 for all never did I once received a call from them reminding me to pick up my items I came to pawn some working tools today and same guy named Felix whom 3 months ago told the female who was working with me for the ps4 that they could only give me 350 for the ps4 whole system today he wants to give me $150 for a brand new table saw been used only once, a propane worksite heater also brand new and a mitter saw and on top of that he wants me to sell my items not pawn them sell them off. By the way i saw my ps4 whole system being sold separately for around $700 total. THEYRE JUST SCAMMERS IN PLAIN SIGHT DONT RECOMMEND, TAKE YOUR THINGS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Customer service needs great improvement! If you like being treated as a paying customer, I’d suggest EZ Pawn or Cash America chain. Most employees are at least cordial, however April has no desire to use any customer service skills or make the customer feel appreciated in any way. If you catch her on a bad day, she may yell and attempt to kick you (or another patron) out of the store.

National Pawn and Jewelry is a great pawn shop with great customer service. Reva took very good care of me and helped me get the money I needed. The service was fast and very friendly. If you're in a tough spot and need some help, I would recommend coming here.

Ana gave me the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I never make a review of anyone or location but this experience really had me so upset. After entering this location behind my husband she proceeded to try to get his attention. He isn’t a rude person to not say “hey” to anyone but they started speaking as any customer and worker would but she proceeded to ask him personal questions as I’m feet away. I never said anything just to hear how far she would go. She than offered to give my husband her number in case the item he was looking for showed up eventually at this location. I’m sorry but that is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! You don’t know if these men have families or girlfriends and you just voluntarily throw yourself at a man ? My husband denied her number because who is truly comfortable in that situation and responded by letting her know he was a married man. I didn’t jump in just because he respected my spot but seriously need to keep your employees on check.

My first impression was a little disturbing, we could not enter the front door because the owner was physically removing some extremely enraged middle-aged women. Once we entered, the establishment was very clean, organized, and relaxed! The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable! Reva sold me a lap top at an amazing price $64. Now I know it's because it has some sound issues! With all of that being said, they were better then the other three shops in the area.

I had a great experience at the national pawn, they were very helpful and had good quality product. A special thanks to Reva for assisting me with finding the perfect engagement ring and video games for my new ps4 console. All the staff were very friendly and outgoing, I definitely recommend this pawn shop.

I’ve been a customer there for years. In the past they would give you fair prices for merchandise. now they are under new management and they do not treat you fairly. They take advantage of the situation where you are in need of borrowing money and give you insulting offers. Then act like there are doing you a favor when in reality you are the customer and without people bringing in Iteams to sell or pawn they wouldn’t be there. I’ve been very disappointed and insulted by the way I’ve been treated there the last two times I’ve been there and will bring my business else where there are no lack of pawn shops in Charlotte. I believe the new managers Kelly and Felix should really reevaluate the way they treat there customers because what was a place I would recommend is no longer.

I actually like this store alot a little tweaks but its good. Some of the staff are great and helpful like Danielle has always been great she welcomes you in and help's you with any help you may need. She makes you feel so comfortable. And Zach is completely amazing always there to lend a hand and answer any question you may have. Will continue to come for this customer service. Keep up the good work guys.
