This bank is terribly slow, no matter when you come in or how many are in line. I walk and and 1 customer at counter, teller finishes up with her and says I will be with you in 1 minute. 8 minutes later I am still standing there and now 5 more people have came in. 3 minutes after that another teller comes and and starts working on the customers in line. Tell your customers the truth, don’t say 1 minute when you mean 10!!

This is a slow bank. No matter if you come in the morning or at a time where you are 1/2 people in line, it is still slow! That being said, the blond lady that stands at the front is RUDE and disrespectful. They apparently had a hard time getting the system up but instead of acknowledging the presence of the people in line or apologizing for the inconvenience, there was radio silence. Finally the brunette with glasses explained what was happening after I had been waiting in line for 20 minutes with no explanation and no greeting. The man who was serving a customer literally had to tell the blond that there are customers waiting to be served and that they needed to acknowledge and serve the customers. Thankful for him because the lady and I in line were both thinking the same thing. Unfortunately, the blond dismissed him and continued to ignore the waiting customers as the line grew to 5 people. Then when finally being served I had an issue and had all the essentials except one and the brunette with the glasses explained everything to me about my missing required document for processing my request, but wanted to double check with the blond. The blond was rude in her demeanor and response and told me for “security” they needed that item. She simply could apologized and said “unfortunately miss we need that element to process the transaction.” Instead it was “we close at 4pm, come back if you have it, if not…” 🤷🏼‍♀️. I don’t know what her role is but she needs to learn basic customer service skills because she does not have any. Fortunately, I found my item and came back to process my transaction and the brunette with the glasses apologized for what happened earlier. Keeping customers starts with common decency and I can tell that blond does not have any, which is disappointing for the clientele of the bank.

You'd have a easier time going through law school than you would getting someone a this location to answer a phone. Continuously called for almost 30 minutes without ANYONE picking up the phone. Not even to put me on hold! Yet another example of why I'm closing my account this this heinous atrocity of a financial institution.

Slowedt bank ever. Waited 30 minutes for a teller! When asked about the long wait they said “they get too many customers with specific needs”. Hmmmm, perhaps management needs to work to meet those needs better as well as the needs of those who just need to make a quick deposit.

Why does the manager just stand and smile as 1 or 2 tellers have to deal with a very long line? Maybe because he is making more money than them to do absolutely nothing! 8 have been in line for 20 minutes now and there he stands... An armored truck guy came in and pulled a teller to help him. Whats the manager doing? Just standing there. I'm not annoyed that I am still standing in line. The tellers are doing the best they can. I guess I'm just irriated that this guy probably makes more money than they do and he is no help whatsoever. I'm sorry tellers, I'm sorry you boss is unable to help in any way. Still standing there.... And now according to your cookie cutter response, I have to download Facebook or Twitter to reach out to anyone... but since I owe you money, it doesn't really matter does it?

The manager had a terrible attitude towards everyone in the bank. Tellers were all stressed out. Put a competent leader here and I’ll give you more stars next time.

Drive thru seems to always be closed long lines everyday inside the bank. I have better luck with other banks. I am so glad I do not personally bank with them or I would be closing out my account for a real bank. Get it together! Still the worst bank is history. Nothing will ever get better at this location. I will definitely be asking my company to take there banking elsewhere!

    Response from the owner

Hi Sydni, we appreciate your feedback. This will help us continue to improve our processes. ^Annette

I'm not sure what has happened to this bank... Since they changed the employees everything has gone downhill. I have been coming to this bank for 10 years never had a problem, but now since their new employees no one wants to do their job. If you go through the drive-through it would take you 30 to 45 minutes if one or two car are ahead of you. Save same time and go to a different branch.
