Stay away from this place if you can I'm telling you, they are front and center when you are getting that car but after it's zero assistance I have a burning smell coming from my vehicle and I need a new battery only had the car 2 months and was in a financial bind when I bought it..... if you can wait please wait I beg you. And the cars are seriously over priced...

Best car buying experience I have ever had! Renee was amazing. After weeks of looking for a car and almost purchasing a clunker, I contacted US Auto Sales. They scheduled me an appointment to come in and within 2 hours, I was driving off the lot. I love my new car.

Renee was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. She was quick to call me back. Get me all the information I needed. Worked with me on my down-payment until my taxes came. She was very thorough throughout buying my beautiful car. She was upfront about cost and even answered my 5 billion questions. I would go back to her to buy every car I needed forever if I could. Sold me a car with dry rotted tires. They replaced the one that was going flat daily. Then low and behold, ALL THE REST went bad over the next two months. They are loan sharks. It’s a scam. The rates are ASTRONOMICAL and make it very difficult to resolve issues. I will NEVER trust this company with my hard earned cash again. The representatives make me itch. If you’re desperate like I was, just wait and find an honest company to work with. It should be illegal how they do business.

Brought a car in Nov, car was giving me problem after problem..... after having the car service a few times and reaching out to the service department for 3 weeks I was told I could get a service replacement car. I'm happy with the new car I purchased with sales person Renee Harris, I give this company 5 starts because of how nice Renee treated me and my family. My name is Edna Summers. The vehicle I purchased from this dearlership was totaled on dec 26,2021. As of today Jan 26,2022 U S auto sales has not forwarded the letter of guarantee or a copy of title to my insurance company while in the meantime the pay off increases. I am on hold for hours at a time only for the phone to disconnect or to be lied to. I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy from them.

After shopping at other dealerships and getting denied or offered astronomical down payment options I came to us auto sales. I was greeted when I entered the establishment and treated so nicely throughout the entire process. The sales person, manager and all the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to help me find my perfect vehicle with terms I could afford. I would highly reccommend us auto sales and Renee Harris as a sales associate. Will definitely be doing business with them again.

If could give less than 1 star I would. I bought a vehicle and in 7 days exactly it left me stranded in the parking lot with my kid, a week later I have gotten it back “fixed” and I didn’t even make it the 10 mins to my house before it did it again. The first two weeks and the transmission is already needing replaced. So now I’m left with no vehicle but a payment for the next 6 years for a car I can’t use.

Would Not Recommend This Place To Anyone I Got A New 2016 Ford Escape From These Guys && They Basically Sold Me A Lemon!! I Had To Go Through The Warranty People Just To Get It Fixed. && Not To Mention When My Car Was Getting Fixed Someone Else Pulled Up With A Problem With Their New Car As Well!!! They Just Want Your Money && The Commission So Don’t Waste Your Time

I really appreciate the service I received by Mrs. Renee she was awesome to work with and was very patient with me! I'm very picky with everything I do! I told her I wanted a nissan altima and that's what she got me! She was very understanding and was concerned for my needs! She did not just throw me in anything! Once she figured out who I was and what I like she was on it! I'm very big on customer service because I work in customer service management and she gets 5 stars! Had a great experience, Debbie Sabin was outstanding. She was super patient with me as I browsed for the perfect car. She was also extremely knowledgeable about the cars she is selling. I would highly Recommend seeing her if you are in need of a car. She worked with me to get into a car the same day I came in with little to no hassle! My experience with US Auto Sales was very good. My sales person was Renee Harris. She never rushed us into a car, gave us several choices in what we looking for, called everytime something came to the lot that might of fit our budget, and needs. She was very helpful into answering questions concerning payments, down payments, warranties. She even let me take my time to drive the vehicle, as well let me check for maintenance problems.
