Great bank. Everyone there is very nice. The only negative is the online bank is down more then maybe a major bank would be and the check deposit through online bank has never worked for me. But the bank is convenient for me to run by and make deposits.

I'd give a zero if I could, the interest rates are awful and they act like they don't know what they are doing most of the time. I will be taking my money and business else where.

I don't know what has happened with this bank. It used to be wonderful and the employees were really nice and helpful however now the customer service is a complete joke. Calling in will have you hung up on almost Everytime unless you actually get aggressive with them. Communication here is so bad it actually hurts.

Always go inside for everything. People are friendly, they go beyond for what you need. Overall it is awesome to work with URW. Never -ever- call. No one ever answers the phone save for the operator, and even they seem like they hesitated to pick up.

If you expect to pay over the phone or ask a question even if you leave a message your can forget it you will not get someone on the phone or a call back

Don't waste your time calling.They never answer the phone and when you leave a message don't expect a return call.Been with them forever and a day but I will soon be taking my money elsewhere.

This place is a joke. They send you letters to notify you that your payment is late and on the letters it says "call us if you lose your job and we'll work with you." But if you actually lose your job and call, they'll just tell you that you need to borrow the money from a friend or family member so you'll get into more debt. I can't wait to finally be done with this place for good.

I came to this bank due to multiple issues with BB&T. Now I’m regretting it because every time I go out of town, my debit card is blocked from purchasing items, when I know the money is in it. Also, WHY in the world is the bank closed on New Years Eve? This is ridiculous and the line of cars outside the doors probably agree with me. More than likely looking for a new bank to use, I don’t have the time to fight a bank on when and where I can access MY money.

Never answers phone calls. No matter what time of day.
