This place used to be great. One employee, Rebecca, is unprofessional and is very annoying and swears she knows it all, but in all honesty, she loves hearing herself talk. Every time I deal with her, she gets snotty and is rude. I am a frequent customer but she makes me NOT want to do business there because I like to be treated with respect and she is rude. I hope management sees this. I don't recommend dealing with her at all. She definitely is NOT a great asset to have.

I bought an AC UNIT from them about a week ago and it is absolutely fantastic and keeps my place nice and cool. Katie and Jason were very very happy to help me and offered me a great deal! It's getting hot out folks, please go here for your A/C needs:-)

Told me and my husband without a receipt you can return something in 48 hours, found the recipe they still refused to do a return. Broken Xbox one controller. Don't buy electronics from here.

This is truly the best bawn shop I've ever been in. The people there are amazing and they treat you extremely nice, especially this young lady by the name of Amber Blankenship. She will make you feel like you're the most important customer in the store.

Never have any problems with them , and I can always get what I need when I do need to paw something. Never had any issues returning anything as long as it's within the time frame that is on the receipt. Always friendly customer service and the only pawn shop in town that I will deal with or send anyone too.

She also recommended the perfect amplifier for him to use. Whenever we are in Riverside Pawn, we will always ask for Amber and you should do the same!

Coolest pawn shop in town. They had exactly what i was looking for, in like-new condition, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was even able to bargain a little, and knock a few $ off their asking price.

We have been working with Riverside Pawn for going on a decade now and the service and experience is always wonderful. They always make sure to give us the best price for the items we bring in and have consistently worked with us on payments if we needed extra time.

I ordered a gun off of the internet and had to have it shipped to a Federally licensed firearm dealer, so I chose Pawn Shops America as they are licensed. They very promptly sent the required paperwork to the seller, and called me when it came in. The transaction went very smoothly with Jason from PSA! Very friendly staff and I noticed they had some great deals while I was there. Some of the other reviews I see here are negative, so maybe a few people were having a bad day and decided to vent here to try to hurt these guys, but I'm convinced they know how to handle customers! I thought I would take the time to let people know that this is a good place to do business.
