I can’t say enough about Kitty and Pilar. I have been with Univista for several years, every step of the way they have made me and my policy a priority. They are compassionate and care about their policy holders. When I call they know me by my first name. They are dedicated and I would recommend by far this location to anyone that is looking for a new company that takes pride in their customers.

I highly recommend coming here to find an insurance quote! Bought a car from Volkswagen and the insurance rates were so high it was insulting. Just moved to Florida recently and purchased a new home, had no idea where to get insurance, I stopped off at Univista Insurance, not only did I get Homeowners, I got a policy for my car AND Health Insurance. She was the only agent in a week of looking to find insurance that literally helped me in all ways possible ...Either the other company were wayyy too high or they just wouldn’t give a solid quote (online it’s cheap but to finish the agent calls and increase the amount by about 300) or they just lied about insuring me like progressive .So far so good I believe I’ve found an amazing company and I’m ecstatic their first impression was so strong and reassuring!!

Fantastic Service!!! I was looking for quotes (great rates and great coverage) to beat my current insurance company. They couldn't provide a lower rate, but were honest about it and provided me with numerous quotes. While the price wasn't the lowest, the agent told me about all of the features and benefits of the companies they had. This was great because I had been in an accident with my current company, and while the price is decent, the service provided during the claim was not. This was an important factor in determining what company I wanted to place my business with! I decided to place my business with here because of the honesty and great service provided by the agents! I'm willing to pay a bit more for better service!
