I work out of my home and have been hanging my license with LoKation since the brokerage opened in Colorado in 2016. The managing broker is outstanding and always returns my emails and phone calls providing amazing support. The experiences with the main office in Pompano Beach, FL have also been very good and truly supportive. I LOVE keeping all of my commission and I really do not understand how other real estate agents continually pay huge amounts of their commissions to the many gargantuan companies. I really like not being just a number in an organization. Upper management truly cares about me as a professional. One area that they can improve on is better training for new agents and leads for them that do not cost anything to them as well. New agents simply need more support than experienced agents and can really struggle to get started sometimes with out some leads. Overall, I can't see myself ever leaving LoKation because I am so happy and thankful to be part of this great organization. Real estate agents should really give them a try.

I am appalled at this company's lack of discretion, trying to make a buck, when a loved one has passed! I have received 2 letters from this company, stating they understand I have been appointed as personal representative of my husbands estate, and do I want to sell. If they haven't heard from me the first time, DON'T continue to contact. They are no better than ambulance chasers!

I am a Realtor with LoKation. I love everything about this Realty. They are the "Commission-Free" agency yet they don't act like they are. They literally act like a full-service firm, with all they offer to their agents. So much software, training, support, it is the best firm to work for!!

Stop spreading Rumors about other brokerages shutting down to create an attraction. just saw a reply which is very twisted , we are still receiving calls from your recruiters with the same lie and our email stated we are staying as an active brokerage with just the family . stop hiding and lying .

Mike LaChance and his team at Lokation were absolutely amazing from start to finish. My husband and I have been using Mike for several property purchases now at this point. He is extremely patient and knowledgeable and will always fight in your corner. He’s found a life long customer!

This company has an associate the potential buyers, renters and sellers need to stay away from. Her name is CLAUDIA PRINE; she is dishonest and a liar, i rented an apartment from her back in 2020, she refused to do the walk through ay the begining-[her excuse? covid, all she had to do wear a mask. When it was time to move out, she wrote a report and did not give me a courtesy copy at the moment. She told me that i would receive the deposit returned wiithin a week, little did i know that she would make fraudulent claims against my deposit to keep ALL the money. More than 80% that she wrote was not on my doing-[and she knew this, nonetheless she kept it-THAT is stealing. I urge clients NOT to do business with her; if my loss was $2200.00, i can't imagine what she would do with greater amounts!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM CLAUDIA PRINE!!!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with LoKation. They are professional, on the ball, helpful and thorough and it's great to get so much of my commission! My only concern however, (though not for myself) is that they rely a lot on peer-to-peer support for new agents, so my best advice for a new agent would be to go to a company where you have to give up a cut of your salary but you get a heavy amount of new agent training, stay there until you get your feet wet, and THEN join LoKation. A GREAT experience overall.

Hands down the best company I’ve ever worked for, the office environment is always warm and inviting, and clean. While simultaneously everyone is willing to team player and help in order to make our clients happy! Definitely a rare gem! The support, technology offered and 100% pay out is more than I could ask for. if you’re looking for a good broker and you want to keep all your commission for your hard work they give you everything you need to succeed!

One of the worst experiences of my life. The agent was unprofessional and blatantly lied. There were so many problems and they tried to hide it from me. When I raised the issue to them, they ignored me like the plague. Would never use or support this business again. Buyer beware!

Only great honestly they're super kind soooo helpful and supportive, the tools are great, everything is convenient, always updating agents with new opportunities from 3rd parties on how they can use them to increase business, have a bunch of referral programs set up for new and experienced agents, everything is in one place it's really a no brainer! I've been to 5+ brokerages since I started in real estate (Kelller Williams, Century 21, Beachfront Realty, to name a few) and this one by far is my favorite and the split is 100%!!! It's only $79 for a rental and $299 for a sale for $0 a month or $79 for both a sale/rental for $79 a month. I can't list all the benefits but's so worth it you get way more than that. I'm grateful to have found them! (At the time I looked for 100% brokerages at least 5-10 other ones all opened on google one was literally a hole in the wall a room for conferences if you reserve it but you had to work at home you can work there if you want too!)
