The owner/workers there are so helpful and nice! I had the best experience! The fact that you can put a firearm on layaway is amazing in itself. The prices are very modest. I received the most amazing deal! I will definitely be back soon, and I grabbed a couple business cards to pass out because I was that impressed! I can't thank this whole team enough!!!!! If i could give them more stars I would in a heartbeat. It takes an army to move a mountain, and thats what they did. I couldn't rate them on gunbroker.com due to the site which is a seperate entity of its own having issues. This company worked with me daily to make sure I got what I requested. I dont normally share my experience but this was top notch the best business/ company I have ever worked with.

I was looking for an Xbox everywhere and couldn't find one, I didn't wanna buy a used one, but I figured I'd give it a shot so I called Universal and they took care of me. The Xbox runs great so far. The price and service was great! Would definitely do business with them again and highly recommend.

A fabulous experience with Mike. I'm from Colorado and saw a post selling an authentic LV Neverfull. Mike sent me MULTIPLE pictures, all of what I asked so that I could verify authenticity. Once I decided to purchase, he sent it out same day. Got it within two days and it's perfect! Highly recommend this shop.

Mike and the guys at universal jewelry and loan are great!! Very honest, I went in during the week to sell a handgun, we negotiated a fair price but I thought I could do better. I could not, so I went back Saturday to take their offer, only thing was I forgot where we ended negotiation and I didn’t want to feel like I was trying to get $50 more dollars and thought we ended at $550, he called the guy I worked with during the week and he said we ended at $600. Not many people would be that honest, I would definitely check these guys out if you want to buy or sell anything!

This is by far the best pawn shop I've ever been to. Charlie helped me put more money in my pocket by taking a chance on some of my items. The owner Mike was very helpful and had the willingness to demonstrate procedures for payouts. Very kind and considerate would recommend them to anyone. Definitely worth the time and drive. I went here a few days ago after stopping by another shop and let me tell you...this place is awesome!!! The man who helped us was super informative and polite. He was caring and his prices were amazing, plus he has really nice small talk. You walk in and feel like you've been there before. I would definitely come back.
