I have passed by champs several times over the years and never stopped by for a vehicle because they seemed "too flashy" like they would be overpriced.... I was in an auto accident May 31. My car was deemed totalled and I needed to buy a new vehicle so I decided to give champs a shot. I ended up working with Sean who was great. 1st time I went in, he toured the lot with me and viewed a few vehicles. I left, unsure if I'd buy from there or not, but a week later I was back in their lot after looking at a few cars elsewhere. I decided to run my credit and see what I qualified for and to my surprise, they qualified me for the car that I wanted and dealt with all my paperwork delays and nonsense throughout the week. They even got me accepted with a finance company that I actually like. The whole process with them was quick and easy. Got a good deal and when I picked up the car and I recieved a complimentary oil change and gas in my tank. Would definitely recommend the lot. (I'm not trusting of most dealers, and while I'm sure they have their ups and downs/good and bad, I have to say- I'd recommend champs)!

SHOUT OUT TO THE FAM AT CHAMPS AUTO!!! Once again they came through in the clutch like it was the bottom of the ninth, 2 out, bases loaded, crowd silent not knowing which way the game is going to end. Sean & Tony took care of me in August 2021 and now my mister is here, June 2022. If you think you can't, they know they can and if they can't (which I doubt highly) they will figure out a way. I came to Champs in an effort to sell my car. I was quickly contacted by Sean, who graciously offered to list my car on his website for sale. He worked with me to establish my minimum price and fix any repairs that would need to be made on the car. Throughout the process, Sean was transparent and honest. In less than one week, my car was sold, and a check was in my hands one day later. I completely trust Champs, and I would certainly sell or buy a car from them in the future!

This is my 2nd vehicle from Champs, love the great costumer service I have received from them every time I have came here. The cars are good and they get you into the vehicle you want.

The experience here was efficient and everyone was very helpful and genuine. I was greeted immediately by Sean, and I was given a quick run down about the vehicles in stock. Destiny and Ken were super nice and helped me with test driving and all other questions. They worked with me to find the full coverage insurance at a great price and a 2 year warranty. I could go on all day about all the great things that took place. All I can say is if you need a car at a great price, fast... come here!

I came in to honestly just see what my options would be while going through bankruptcy. Every single staff blew my mind away. They were honest, they were hard working to help me and open arms. I had faith in them I just didn’t think I would financially be able to pay insurance and down payment and make it until my next payday....THEN Sean got me approved, ZERO down, I just had to get my insurance which they also helped and did all in under a few hours. A 2017 car with 30k and low monthly. I really am thankful to have been referred to such a great dealership.

I would highly rate this car dealership for its great quality and customer service. The process of me purchasing a vehicle was very simple thanks to one of the employees Jackie. Jackie was super friendly and greeted me with respect when I entered the dealership. She told me what I needed to get done coherently. I was then directed to Mario, the manager, who finalized my purchase. He happened to be extremely nice. I would definitely recommend this car dealership to friends and family. They are all about pleasing their customers. You are guaranteed to leave the dealership satisfied.

Not even an hour after I bought my vehicle I heard my lifters ticking. When I get took it back to them they refused to take it back or even fix the problem!!! And that was just the beginning of my problems. They had so many things rigged up to where it wasn't even a week until I found out the rest of the problems. I advise everyone to avoid that place like the plague!!!

Sean was a great sales person he is honest and caring unlike Mario who didn't even care so stop and ask me if I needed help or anything but then Sean stopped and helped me and he got me into my new car. The car runs and is exactly how Sean described it and I have had no problems, Sean worked with my bad credit and got me into the car. Most amazing car dealership I have EVER been to. Staff is very genuine, knowledgeable, and patient. Excellent service and very trustworthy group of people which is rare to find in a used car dealership. The sales people and employees were very courteous and friendly they made me feel like they actually wanted me to be there and went out of their way to show me that they appreciate my business which was genuine and not just forced trying to make a buck off of me. I honestly was taken aback with the level of service I received from this place, my credit situation wasn’t the best and they went out of their way to make it happen and did it honestly. I wasn’t buying some crazy expensive car and I wasn’t in the best position to be buying a car at all and they still made me feel valued as a customer, while I was there i saw them do the same for others as well, always attentive and willing to help. Whatever pre conceived notions you had about used car dealers can be tossed aside when working with these guys. They really did a lot for me even on a personal level, to the point where I’ve stopped by since just to say hello to them and even though the car was bought months ago they have followed up with me to simply ask how I was doing and if there was anything I needed help with. I actually did end up needing their help with an issue completely unrelated to their service that they had no obligation to help me with whatsoever and they didn’t even bat an eye they knocked it out for me the same day, pretty much dropped everything to do so. Very good people and very worthy of your business, complete contrast with the other dealers I’ve had to suffer with in the area. I’ve since referred a relative to them and he got the same outstanding service I experienced, made me kinda jealous I thought I was special haha!

I recently made arrangements, from long distance, for my Dad to get his car repaired at Champs where he purchased it a while ago and I must say ...I would highly recommend the Service Department at this Auto Shop. The staff was friendly over the phone and Dale was very knowledgeable about the mechanics of what it would take to repair my Dad’s car. He provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service by arranging transportation to get the car there for Service. I truly appreciate all of his efforts!😀

From the time we walked on to the lot till the papers were signed, Tony and Sean were attentive, friendly and helped us get a vehicle that work not only for our family but our budget as well.
