Best 14k I have ever been to. I drive all the way here because the one closes to me in ypsilanti charges 20 percent and they charge 10 percent. Also it's late fees are a dollar a day for 7 days and the one closest to me I thinks just makes them up they say there cpu does the charges but dont never tell how they are calculated.

Oh Lord if I could give this place a ZERO I would..The customer Service is HORRIBLE half of their items are stolen I bought a $200 tablet from them and when I got home I couldn't even register it when I called Apple to see what the problem was they told me the tablet was stolen and that the owner put a lock on it when I took it back they gave me the run around and then finally gave me my money back. Then my bf went to them for a laptop and they sold him one that had an bad battery that would not charge and wouldn't give him his money back..This place is horrible please don't waste your time

Worst place ever they sold my stuff and when I went to get it they gave me hell. Trying to tell me all type of bs cause I was 6 days late. I will never come here again in my life.

RUNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!DON’T PAWN/SELL your items at this place.This is a resale shop! They give you the lowest prices like crackheads for any item you bring in! I BROUGHT IN my uncles Rolex that’s $23,000, they offered me only $3000. THEN they go on and state I cannot pick it up until at least 30 days or longer after I give it to them. I told them that I want to pick up my watch in about a week or two and they stated I can’t. I contacted Highland Park police as well as the Michigan Attorney General‘s office regarding the shop. Very unethical business practices!!! You have been warned there are many license pawn brokers out there such as great lakes Pawnbrokers or motor city pawn brokers. RUN!!!!

I'm going to start off by saying I love this Pawnshop (14k), they are true negotiators and people all around,they don't try to get down on people, they work with you in many ways. These people are fair, good and make you feel good about doing business with them.. I don't or won't go anywhere

I had a awesome experience at 14k pawn they were so polite they were helpful in many ways. The deals he offer were amazing shocking prices. They answered questions they interacted with me awesome people.

They Offered me $250 for a 75in Roku tv 😂

They do not bargain, and if you tell them another price, they'll catch and attitude and basically let you walk off easily.
