I have used this location several times while my new job printed checks till my direct deposit kicked on. The first few times were simple but last time the young skinny gal insisted I sign check. She proceeded to tell me she made mistake and couldn't cash it because it was meant to be not signed till it processed thru the check scanner. So unfortunately I was way too dependent on this check and trusted check n go to know thier job and I paid the price. She was unmoved by the mistake and the fact that I had to stress about money. They should keep wiser and more capable individuals on there. The two middle aged women are very good but this young 21 year old screwed me and didn't even buy me a drink. I'm frustrated with the whole thing but I relied on more professional individuals later.

This was the first time taking out a loan - very positive experience. Just had to mention that Milka was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. This branch is very fortunate to have such a great employee! She explained everything in great detail and answered all questions/concerns. Would definitely recommend this branch in particular.

I went to the location in Madison Heights and was assisted by Milka Luna, she was AMAZING! Milka was incredibly professional, helpful, friendly and truly a pleasure to work with. I would highly highly recommend going to see Milka and letting her wow you like she did my husband and I.

My first time here. Dejae is very nice, patient, and informative. Kept me informed thru my entire process. Very prompt and explanatory. Answered all my questions without hesitation. She was by herself and she was fast as well. Customers were in and out very quickly. All while she was processing my application. Excellent customer service skills. Will definitely recommend to friends. Thanks Dejae for an amazing experience.

Did not care about pulling money out when I have other bills that now have to be changed to a different date. I DO NOT RECOMMEND if you do not pay them back, they will not care about anything else besides their stupid money. Lazy, rude, not professional, could care less about anything you may need money for (gas, food, clothes) just to be a rip off company. I will never loan from check n go ever again

I've been going to this location ever since the one on 9 and John R.closed. There is a new woman named Milka that works there, she was quick , thorough, very nice and polite. She is new but she does her job so good that you would figure that she worked there forever. I'm not going to a bank ever again. I'm only going there. Thank you for your hospitality Milka.

Ever since the store in Troy closed in April/May, I've had the worst experiences here. I've been borrowing off and on from Check n Go since 2013. My account history speaks for itself and the good store managers see that and can make good determinations on what's going on. My last two transactions here they have deposited my check and caused huge overdrafts on my account personally. The store was closed due to no rep coming in to open it. So I'm standing there waiting and calling 1-800 number letting them know the situation and nothing. They deposit my check. I go in just recently asking for an extension because I was going out of town for work and wasn't going to be back until Tuesday. The store manager told me herself personally that she will extend me out to cover the time I was out of town. I went in to make payment on the date we agreed and she told me that the check was deposited by someone else. How is this good business? Check n Go, you just lost a good customer. Good luck with running trash business and poor customer service.

Last Friday I was here. Took over an hour to get my check cashed and there was only 3 people in front of me. Today I show up at 10:30. They are supposed to be open at 10... Rep comes to the door and says to give him 20 min. This is quite honestly the worst location I have ever been to. I'll drive out of my way to go to the Troy location from now on.

I've been waiting here for over 45 minutes and the was only 3 people in front of me. The one single person working here is running in SLOW MOTION. IM SO FRUSTRATED. GET THIS LADY SOME HELP!! Wasting a whole morning here. Now it's been an hour and I am still waiting.
