We changed from our old bank of about 15 years to Unitus and couldn’t be more pleased. Whenever I need to go in, I am always helped by Yordanos who is very kind, affable and efficient person (everyone else is great too). I’d say she makes the whole experience rather pleasant. -Catherine D.

Had a very gnarly problem involving a wire transfer and other circumstances and not only was representative Casey super helpful, but branch manager Amanda was a tremendous resource. Both were so helpful. We need more good people like them in the world helping older clients like me.

I worked with Denise Stewart, Business Development Officer at Unitus to apply for, secure and manage my companies PPP SBA loan. She did a great job of walking me through it, following up, and always being available and responsive when I had questions and in figuring out the process. Awesome customer service!

These guys are great. I have been working with Tavo on setting up a buisness checking account and bill pay. He has been amazing, helpful, and made it all stress free. The whole staff is great and I love coming into the branch to do my banking. So much more personal and professional. It very much feels like a neighborhood branch.

Great experience opening a new account at Unitus! The front welcome staff helped me figure out what I needed to qualify and Sam W. assisted me step-by-step with setting up a checking/savings and credit card. Sam was warm, friendly, funny, honest, and was never pushy or trying to convince me to sign up for anything extra, which I really appreciate. I left feeling accomplished with a new understanding of what the different account options offer, all thanks to Sam! I'm so glad I chose this branch, and look forward to going back!

My first experience at this branch and as a new member of Unitus was amazing. Everyone seemed warm and friendly. When Yordanos explained the services and features they offered—and precisely how each differed, it felt as if I was speaking with a friend instead of someone keen on separating me from my money. N. Williams has amazing customer service. My mom worked most of her life in customer service so I know a phone voice when I hear one. There's something different here and I expect you'll find the same. This was genuine. I even asked Yordi how I could leave some positive feedback. Hope whoever pays attention to this does so. I made a good switch to Unitus.

Omar (Consumer Loan Processor) was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our car loan experience. Omar booked an appointment at the Williams branch and everything went very smoothly.

Amanda Williams helped me today. This woman has customer service skills like no other! I just recently lost my husband and during this incredible grief, somehow mixed up my online accounts and was unable to figure how to fix the problem. I am taking the time to write this because I am so touched by this knowledgable, kind, woman who quickly found the solution and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. I speak with many people in customer service and can safely say, It is very unique these days to have this high level of customer service (especially during such difficult times as a pandemic).
