We could not be happier with Michelle Hollenbeck and her team. They seriously rock! Michelle was so patient and helpful as we went through our first refinancing ever, that when it came time to buy a new home, it was easy for us to come right back. We will be singing her praises and referring our friends and family to her until she retires. Thank you Michelle! You're the GOAT!!!

4 years ago, when my wife finally succeed in convincing me to migrate my account from (one of the "big box" banks that rhymes with "pace"), I was dubious that this financial institution would be all that different from what I already had. a bank's a bank, yeah? well, here I am admitting in a very public way that my wife was.....was....she was right. yesterday, we picked up the keys for our brand new (very first!) home. Todd Twardowski, our absolute rockstar of a mortgage officer, made it all possible. He VERY PATIENTLY answered all of our silly first time homebuyer, "why the hell didn't they teach us any of this in school??",questions-and he smiled the whole time. I thought that buying a home would be (I assume IS for many) a soul-crushing exercise in red-tape and glad-handing, but this whole experience has been absurdly pleasant. really. Fantasia is fantastic! She got me a signature authorization when other places wouldn’t help me. The signature authorization form was accepted and I am very appreciative of Unitus and Fantasia helping me with this weird request even though I was a new member.

Kay was so wonderful and helped me obtain a credit card which I didn’t think was possible for me at this time. She let me me know how to best get back on track with my credit, was very nice and extremely helpful. I am so glad I went in to see her, and will always ask for her whenever I need help with any of my banking needs!

Tim at Unitus was awesome. We were having some issues getting the right loan and a few of the big banks were making things more difficult than they should have been. With big banks, you never feel like you're talking to a human being. No matter how many years of history you have with that bank they still make you feel like a number in an excel sheet, which is exactly what you are to them. Thankfully Tim is a nice, down to earth professional who responds immediately and shoots you straight. He was honest and made us feel good. Everything he said he would do, he did. And got us a good rate to boot. Really couldn't have ask for or expected better anywhere else. Thanks and kudos!

I got an auto loan through Unitus as they came highly recommended but they had the WORST service. I went into the branch on multiple occasions to see why my automatically drafted payments were not taken out and was told it was a "glitch" and that it would be fixed. Nothing happened, no one called me, and then I was harassed about not making payments. Literally the only time in my life where I would rather payoff a car than keep my loan with someone. We will be going back to OCCU as my experience with Unitus has been absolutely dreadful.

Worked with Michelle to secure financing for the purchase of a home. She exemplified why I love having Unitus as my bank: easy to work with, great communication, and trying to get me the best possible outcome. Highly recommend Unitus and Michelle.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Vna, highly recommend her and the clackamas establishment to anybody looking! I’m not a huge fan of going into banks and credit unions but she made everything so incredibly easy and stress free, thank you so much Vna!

Omar Cazares-Alvares and Vianey Marquez were two of the most helpful and kindest loan officers I could have ever had. Vianey was kind enough to listen to my frustrations with the credit reporting process (I had been trying to bring my score up before getting a new load - after having my previous one for 5 months thanks to a total by Progressive). However, she helped. I got started and approved. And the next day got a raise. The Omar Cazares-Alvares called me and we got on like old cousins. Great guy. I was a bit worried becuase I bought it out of state with a referral from Cars.com, but the User Car dealership didn't deal with OR licensing and fees. But Omar told me not to worry. We added a few hundred to the loan (of which I'll still probably put more down) and my stress level has been reduced 100-fold. I've banked with Unitus for 10-11 years. My first car loan with them. Then I even refinanced my Ford Fusion Plugin Hybrid with them too. Even with my current barely sub 700 score Omar got a 4.19% rate. So personable. So kind. Thank you both so much for helping me get the car of my dreams. So what? I'm an old uncle! I want a black Plug-in Hybrid Hatchback for my golf clubs and a 53 mile to get to work and back on a single charge. I owned my previous Chjevy Volt Premier for 5 months. 3 fillups. The rental? Mazda CX-5 for 3 weeks. 4 fillups. Can't wait. And thank you for helping me wade through the OR licensing paperwork. You folks are g's. I love you and thank you for helping me. Unitus for LYFE!

Omar, Omar, Omar! Hands down the BEST Unitus has. His customer service skills are out of this world! You do not experience this amount of care, attention to detail and people that go above and beyond anymore. Omar was outstanding, expedited everything with my loan, had me approved in rocket speed, his personality is the BONUS! This guy really cares and is funny, savvy, witty, SMART! He knows people! Unitus needs to give this guy a raise. I am beyond impressed, coming from a career where I serve people, I would do anything to have someone like Omar on my team. I've been a member for several years. The Clackamas branch is my fav. The staff - obviously - enjoy where they work, and they share the good vibes w/o knowing so. Courteous, professional, friendly.. always a pleasant visit 🙌 And to top it off today, they handed me a “goodie swag” bag today!! 🎈🎈🎈

Made a simple application to try to fix a furnace. Boom! Rhonda calls me with a better solution. Refinance our truck for less interest and take the equity out we need to fix our furnace. Payments the same just added one more year to what we were already paying. Next step Omar gets in touch to go over the questions about the details and Shannon helped with some of the other questions with the hubby. We sign our documents Tuesday and we have it done. Truck will now be financed (less interest) with Unitus and we have the money to fix our furnace. Simple and easy. All 3 of these people made this so simple. They took the time to hear our needs and put us into a better loan. They took the extra steps to do more than average. Unitus has been more than average but this put them over the top. I can't begin to say enough about the quality of customer service given to us by them. Keep in mind credit isn't perfect and we have struggled. But we still are given the best service regardless of this. Thank you Rhonda, Omar, and Shannon for helping us make something we thought was not possible happen. Many thanks!!!

Easily one if the best experiences I’ve had with obtaining an auto loan. This was only possible with the amazing help of Omar Cazares. Throughout the entire process Omar was so kind and helpful, always keeping me in the loop with updates. Whenever I got on the phone with Omar it felt like I was talking to a family member that I haven’t talked to in a long time. Not only did I feel like Omar genuinely cared about my situation, I knew any issues that came up would be resolved immediately especially with how fast he got back to me. His phone call literally brightened my day, and he too was able to answer any and all of my questions.
