I've never gotten really bad service from the PO. My complaint is the number of people that park in the handicap spots with no plates or placards. Today when I complained I found out the POSTMASTER was the one in the handicap spot!!! Shame on him!!!

Where has customer service gone???? There is only one person that works at this location that is customer friendly and professional!!! She wasn't working today. USPS employees, there is no reason to be rude or make a sarcastic comment or reply when a customer ask you a question. You are the employee and it is your responsibility to provide and explain the options to a customer.......also not everyone goes on line to do business or track a package.......maybe you are having a bad day, we all do from time to time......however, if you are dealing with the public, you have to lay that aside. If you don't want to do that, then get a job where you don't deal with the public one on one.........Shepherd USPS could learn from the Coldspring USPS.

Rudest people I've ever met. Walk away from you when talking to them, have different rules every day, mail runs different times daily, wrong mail delivered constantly, just overall unpleasant experience every time I deal with this post office.

I am the Owner of a New Home in the Independents Subdivision I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE GET a PO BOX ASSIGNED TOM MY PHYSICAL Address. I was told all I had to do Wall supply the Mail Carrier with a 911 Proof of address Certificate....I did. Two and half months later I STILL CAN NOT GET MY MAIL. IF I HAND KNOW THE HASSLE BY THE POST OFFICE AND THE San Jacinto County I would have never Bought in Shepherd. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

More of a complaint about mail Delia. Always putting the wrong mail in the wrong boxes , my family has gotten calls from neighbors with our packages and have gotten packages belonging to others since we’ve moved here in 1997ish

They are never open and I was home all day when they said they tried to deliver my package but no one was home! That's bull I was there all day! Now they won't try to deliver again I have to pick it up. I was here at 4pm they aren't supposed to close until 430 but they are closed. Try again tomorrow I guesd.

I've dealt with them delivering live poultry specifically ducks and geese and I have not had any bad experience with them first time I had some ducks delivered I overslept and they still delivered them when I was supposed to pick them up at the office I couldn't be more happy with them showing that concern and delivering them to me thank you guys

I have never had any issues with this facility I have lived in shepherd 23 years

No communication. Simply disrespectful actions on their behalf.
