PNC Bank W Church St, Livingston

Not a bank I would recommend doing business with. They make you set appointments the they do not show up to keep the appointment or provide a courtesy call advising the appoint may be later.

Awful bank. They charge ten dollars to cash their own checks. So I opened an account , deposited two checks only for them to mail me a letter saying they were terminating our relationship and I couldn't have my money for ten days. You can literally take one of their checks somewhere else and cash it cheaper

I used it and after the transfer to PNC, it pretty much locked me out. No recognition of my account, even when I had even put down that i used BBVA

Personally took the time to go into the bank to close my credit card and bank account in March and received a letter from BBVA in June stating I owe money. I paid the money I owed but not to happy with this bank at all! Teller didn't do her job and close my credit card account.

The local bbva branch in Livingston is not bad but overall as a Banking organization there Terrible there policy are terrible no customer service at all. There Reimbursement program is Flawed in many ways..

I personally like bbva better because I could atleast find my account number on the bbva app. On the PNC app? No can’t find it. I also deposited my check through the mobile app and thinking it would process right into my account like it would at bbva when I deposit my check, no still pending since 11:00am and it almost 12.

I opened 2 accounts 3 weeks ago, still no debit card Nobody will answer the phone. I will most likely pay the fine to close my account early. Worst bank I've ever delt with and I'm older than dirt

Just opened an account with them a week ago, the lady who opened my account misspelled everything even though the information was in front of her, and why don’t they use temp. Debit cards until your new one arrives like chase, or BOA? So unsatisfied with this bank.

They make you jump threw hoops and charge you to cash their own checks and to too it off change to terms of account holders at their decretion to their favor with no regard for the account holder if i could give less than 1 star i would
