A little difficult to find (behind the junk store at the donut sign), but once we were there they took good care of us. All of our documents were in order and our closing went smoothly...we were in-and-out in less than 30 minutes

In the process of closing a deal ... and so far they seem to be a very well organized company.

Wow. They used to be so good. But now they get failing remarks. Sent them all required information in July to close on a simple refi. It all looked completely fine, but we lost our rate lock set for Sept closing because they did not get the job done!! Michelle did not communicate or return calls. Their doors are locked. They seem to be swamped. Looks like we are now headed for an Oct closing when it should have been easily done in Sept. Why? They repeatedly gave us wrong date information, and/or won't call with updates or return calls. Hard to understand.
