United Southern Bank N Central Ave, Umatilla

This is truly a bank where you feel like family and not just a number! Love the staff at every location! They made sure I got a very important check into my bank account despite my mistake of giving the wrong account number to someone. Thank you

I've always used small, hometown banks. I've been banking at the Umatilla branch since 2014. Always had friendly, helpful staff & great service. I like the double "in & out" doors. They won't let the bad guys in if they have guns & if they should get in, they're trapped between the two "out" doors, great safety feature... wish all banks would do that.

Caters to the Simple Folk... This is a very basic, no frills bank. Basic website, app available but only simple options. Staff always nice. Glass Cage Entry & Exit is Over Kill, Double Door, Metal Detector, Alarm, Lock/Unlock Activated... Takes 5 mins just to enter & exit this place.

This is an awesome local bank. I hgv ave never had any issues with anyone when I had to call customer service.

I've used USB now for several years on and off. They have been incredible. Had a fraud issue while in CA, they worked with me the whole way and went above and beyond customer service. Always friendly, professional and exactly what I expect/want from my bank. Keep up the great work.

Called today. Jennifer is extremely rude!!!! I called because I paid for an online order which I never received and the company is not responding to me about the order. So Jennifer was nasty on the phone, first told me sorry can't help you. Then after being on hold for ten minutes comes back tells me I have to wait another five days before they will start dispute. And of course gave me a list of hoops to jump through in order to start dispute. This is the worst bank ever!! A word of advice bank with another bank if you want protection from fraud or being ripped off. Jennifer was my first point of contact and was rude and condescending right from the start. Maybe USB should have a friendly more helpful person for it's customers. It's pretty obvious USB does not care about my money. If I could rate no stars I would!!!!

My mother went into this bank on her birthday to purchase a foreign bank draft in another currency explaining it was to be mailed to my sister. The bank attendant (Clint) charged her $20 as well as the exchange rate difference. He told her to come back for the draft the next day. When my mom went back the next day the attendant handed her cash in the other currency!!!! claiming that he has "drafted her account" - the guy didn't even know the definition of a foreign bank draft ! or the definition of "debited vs. draft of an account" needless to say he wouldn't correct his mistake and told her that he would have to buy back the currency at a lesser rate. Then charge her additional $20 to send back the money. Horrible service ! No Training!
