I had been searching for months finding a home and almost gave up in the California market when lenders gave me the runaround with the most extreme scenarios on my loan approval. They welcomed me with open arms, were very transparent, and closed my deal in 21 days which is rarely happens these days. When we bought our home in 2017, we got our loan directly through USF. Was the best rate at the time. Beat all other places by .15 percent. Then just over 2 years later we refinanced and brought our rate down even lower. Both processes were quick, easy and pleasant to work with those involved. I will continue to do business with them. I had the best experience working with Michael Rutland Jr. As a first time homeowner, I was completely new to this process and I am so thankful that he was my loan officer. He was so engaged in the process and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I had everything that I needed. He took the time to explain things to me and made sure that I understood what I was agreeing to and the alternative options available for me. I really liked that he did not try to push anything on me just to make sure that my loan went through if it was not a good fit for me. We went through this process during the Christmas/New Year holidays and he still made sure that he responded to all of my inquiries in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone that I encounter.

My closing experience was easy and quick. My closing agent Shane took very good care of me keeping me informed of everything as my loan was being processed. This was hopefully my last mortgage negotiation and the process was the best. Great mortgage company. this is my second time to refinance my home. did not have any problems. it took three weeks to do just finished the signing. also Daniel Allen was great to work with. He went over everything and answered all my questions.

Edit, they made things right with my clients. review changed to 5 star. Stay far away from this company if you can. I’m a Real Estate Agent who has had nothing but bad experiences with the company. The Loan Officer I work with has been trying to be very accommodating, but is stopped at every avenue to be efficient. We are less than one week from closing and I have zero answers about where our file is. The explanation I am being given is that the manager is unable to accommodate or push anything through. If you like being delayed on your home purchase, than this is the company to use. I will never use this company for financing again. I may use the Loan Officer if he moves over to a more efficient company, but until than, consumer beware.

My experience refinancing my house with this company was the best. Not only the company but was I really impressed working with Shane Barker. He's the kind of person that will assist and walk you through every step and will ensure everything is done correctly, worry free. I refinanced using my VA and as promised he will get you the best rate with no money down and not only do you get your escrow back they give you the option of missing a few payments. Even after closing Shane was available for any questions or concerns. I recommend all Veterans to give them a call and get the best interest rate. Above all Mr. Shane was honest and will not hassle you.
