Overall good experience. I never got comfortable using the app on my phone. Nothing new there for me. I'm much more comfortable working on my PC. Also, although I requested more then once the property taxes NOT be imponded by the lender they still are included on final loan docs. No big deal, apparently breakdown in verbal comm between Megan, Mike and me.

Mike was prompt with answering any questions we had during the entire process, including crunching numbers for any given home at any given time. Intercap Lending is very reliable and professional.

Mike and his crew were excellent to work with. Being computer challenged it was very comforting to know Mike and Megan were there to walk me through getting the documentation needed to get us through the application process. Working with Mike has been great. He helped us when we purchased and when we refinanced our current home and was able to get us a fantastic interest rate each time.
