Cole did a great job handling the finances with both the sale of my last house and the purchase of my current house. He and his team worked diligently throughout the process, never skipping a beat. Any questions I had during the process were answered quickly, and they had some great input as to how to handle paying my debts so I ended up in a better financial standing despite the increased mortgage payment. These people are great and I would recommend them to anyone who is on the fence about buying a house. Cole is your guy! You find that he or his team is working to get you approved, they will work hard to get you there. I went through a manual underwriting with and FHA. Long frustrating process, but sticking with it, and trusting Cole & the team, they did it so we could do it. Cole was awesome! I honestly didn’t think that we would be able to get a house as soon as we did but Cole walked us through all of our options and then select the one that best fit our needs at the time. It was especially beneficial as Cole was personable and shared his home buying experiences to help us understand certain situations. Also, with COVID, we did not meet in person and he made the experience very easy and smooth with document scans and online signatures.
