Car Loans are great, but as far as people answering phone calls/returning phone calls gets ZREO stars. Every time I need a question answered, I have to physically go up there. And to have the same phone number for ALL branches, instead of direct phone numbers is just crazy. Epically when the "call center" doesn't even pick up.

I have been a member for almost 20 years and when I enter any branch I feel secure that I am going to be treated like I am the most important person in the building.

Wasted hours and hours of my time. Poor staff, poor management, unreliable, terrible communication, shady people.i usually don’t leave reviews but my experience has made me need to warn others.

DO NOT BANK HERE!!!! Tellers will steal money from you whenever you’re making cash deposit.. very dishonest people. Said our computers are down and wrote a paper receipt and took the money yet, I continued to stay and today Sharon was extremely rude and greeted me with what do you want. I will be closing my accounts and never coming back here again.. please stay away:(
