Community Resource Credit Union FM 2100, Crosby

I been a member at the credit union for 16 years, I used to love this credit union before all the girls were nice and fast, now is the opposite rude and extremely slow, just to do a deposit they take their time, trying not to stop this particular credit union.

I've had accounts with CRCU for 30 years. The Crosby branch has been my main bank for about 10 years. EXCELLENT customer service. Kristina and Jocelyn are always smiling so big I can't help but have a good experience there. All of the reps and tellers have always been professional, and have always answered any questions and resolved any issues that I might have had. And they all seem so genuinely nice and sweet. I will NEVER go to another bank.

I have to share my experience with Community Resource Credit Union. I was looking to purchase a vehicle and applied for a pre-approval letter. I called and spoke with Ms. Mena. I don’t know if you can ask for her personally, but it wouldn’t hurt to try. She went right to work and within minutes had called me and sent me an email with the approval letter. At the same time my wife and I wanted to refinance her vehicle and spoke with Ms. Mena. She had the paperwork ready within a day or two. Assisted with making sure everything was completed and filed. She very much wanted us to succeed and it showed. I highly recommend Ms. Mena and Community Resource Credit Union.

They held the checks too long before they could post on my checking account. Decided to open a checking account with other bank that doesn’t hold the checks more than 2 days.

Great Credit Union. Low interest rate on a loan if you have been with them a while. Would apsolutly recommend to friends and family.

I love everything about my bank EXCEPT THESE TUBES!! They are always filthy and smell like throw up! I wish I was being dramatic!! I’ve mentioned it to the teller and she said they clean them… idk… but they’re gross! (Crosby location)

Opened a new account with alise, very nice lady. And the account runs smoothly they give you a debit card on the spot no need to wait for it in the mail! Highly suggest this bank!

This bank sucks all I have been through with them. Now they won't help me... I Will be definitely geting a better place to put and spend my money.

I had an issue with online payments and kept seeing money in my account, but it said that I was on a hold for my car payment. I assumed that they were taking it out since it was lended through them, and money was held and only a limited funds were available. They reported me 30 days late. When I called them, they said that they unfroze my account, but didn’t own their online system freezing. I called to leave a message with George, he told me he would check into it and call me back. Needless to say it’s been two months, with many emails and phone calls and he has never returned my call. There are some amazing professionls that work within the company, but this is absolutely unacceptable.

Alise was fantastic on the new account opening thankful for her professionalism and service !!! Will recommend CRCU CROSBY
