I felt the whole experience was great, Armando answered all our questions and quickly. He was able to show us our ideas of our new home right in front of us on a TV and we could adjust and change quickly. The prices he offered were also reasonable as well. We haven't gone through the entire home building process yet, this is only the beginning part. It felt great, we got quick friendly service, and went away with more knowledge.

Armando has been helping us from day one. He has been nothing but helpful and guided me and my husband threw this whole process. I see bad and great reviews on UBH. But so far our experience has been nothing but positive. We have friends building with UBH also and they feel the quality they are getting is better than what they have seen with local builders. We are very excited to continue this journey and start our build on our forever home.

My experience with UBH has been wonderful! My husband and I decided to build our first home. After countless hours of research and a couple of frustrating conversations with other homebuilders, we honestly wanted to give up but giving up on our dream home just wasn’t something we were willing to do. So I researched more… I saw an ad for United Built Homes, a little hesitant (because of previous experiences with other builders) I submitted my contact info to UBH website. Within a couple hours of submitting my info on UBH website, I was contacted by David P., from the beginning of our conversation with David, my husband and I were impressed with his honesty, integrity, and professionalism. He has contacted us weekly to give us updates, ask if we have questions/concerns, and to make sure we are/were happy with the process. It has been such a pleasure working with David. He not only cares about your home but you as an individual. Thank you David for helping take our dream and make it a reality! We cannot imagine a better experience and are so grateful that we chose UBH.

I had been doing my research on home builders in the area. Upon walking into UBH, I was greeted by Armando. So far, it has been a pleasure to work with him. I had my sights on a specific house plan that was much bigger than what I truly needed. Armando showed me other home plans that fit what I was seeking. I appreciated this as they are not just trying to get you to get you to spend money, but rather spend on what fits best.

My wife and I recommend UBH. They build a beautiful home. Great price. The staff is very friendly. If you have to deal with a sales man ask for ARMANDO!!! He is Phenomenal. He goes Above and beyond for his customers. My wife and I will be using them to build our dream house in FEBRUARY.

Armando Delgado of United Built Homes in the Conroe offices has been extremely helpful in doing his very best to put my family in the home of our choice. We checked out the website as well as several other companies before deciding that this was the way to go and we are so glad we did! Armando has been very patient with us and very timely in getting back to us and answering all of our questions while never making us feel that he is too busy or that we are a headache. As somewhat older folks who aren't as up-to-date with the newest technology and sometimes get lost in the "virtual" world, that attitude has been a godsend! Armando is working with us to acquire the Aspen Loft 60 and it is our first choice but he has also mentioned some fine alternatives also. Bottom line: he will work with you to get what YOU want so you don't feel like you are settling. He is very professional, punctual and the service and personal touches make his customer service outstanding and beyond measure! In a world where good, or even decent, customer service is a rare find today, Armando is the exception. I am tremendously pleased that we went with United Built Homes and Armando Delgado! He, and they, are the bomb!

After a lot of research we decided to use UBH to built our home in Livingston Tx. We are currently stationed in Washington state expecting to retire out of the military at the beginning of 2023 and want to move back home, so all things have to be done virtually. Having to do this from so far away we were a little worried about how it would all work. So far David and Rory have been great! I know that we are not the easiest people to work with, and the distance makes this challenging, but they have taken our questions, concerns and requests in stride with a smile setting us at ease. We are still in the beginning phase of the home build having picked the floor plan, finishes and orientation on our land. They have handled all the required permitting, lot clearing and basically everything else up to this point so we have been able to relax and enjoy the process of building our dream home. I will be posting more about our experience as the build happens.

My name is Jerry Hensley and my wife and I have been looking for a builder to build our dream home on our property. David Pipkin at the Conroe Texas location is very knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to answer each and every question. He takes notes so as to remind himself of what we discussed. He tells it like it is and describes in detail the entire process. We are looking forward to construction beginning on our new home.

My David made us feel welcome and appreciated from the very beginning. We even brought all 7 of our kids in with us and he made a way for us to all sit in his office together so we could design our house as a family. We are looking forward to moving into our new house. They are good about pulling people in and making everything look and sound good, but once they've got you they will drain you in every way possible. I have personally seen the unbelievable damage these people will cause to others, and I am currently trying to help one of their current customers that will literally be homeless for Christmas beginning this evening because of UBH. This company could care less though, and seem to have no problem showing that to the customer when they actually communicate with them. No remorse whatsoever, zero efforts to make it right, and they have drained this family and ruined their dream. It is extremely sad, and honestly just sickening that they continue to do these things and get away with it. It's got to stop somewhere, and I hope to see it happen soon! They should be ashamed!! I truly felt obligated to post this review today after working with this family. It's heartbreaking and others need to know about it so it won't happen to them! Please be careful, and thoroughly do the research before you lock in with anyone. Also, READ THAT CONTRACT WORD FOR WORD! Honesty and integrity seem to be hard to come by these days. My heart goes out to all the wonderful hard working people they have hurt.
