Terrible to customers. Was told my product issue was not their fault which I get but they were very rude about it. Learned more about how they operate and I can tell you that all these good reviews are from the sellers of the products they finance. Talked to my sales rep and they said they buy the customers contract for thousands of dollars and give them the money immediately. Obviously any sales company making money from a finance company is going to give it good reviews, it’s how they make their money. Obviously they are going to say it’s a great company to work with because they’re being paid thousands of dollars a week just for a piece of paper. Meanwhile, they’re taking double/triple payments from the actual customers. My fault for signing the contract but their fault for being unethical.

I know the owner and have for 20 years. Extremely great guy. Now so the readers know, I do not do business with this company, but I have in the past. Zero problems and they're very respected not only in the finance field, but in an ethical manner. Also, all the people I have spoken with and worked with there were extremely helpful and outgoing.

Interest rates are high. Been paying on my loan for a little over a year and hasn't put a dent in principal 😳😡

I found my experience working with this company to be very professional and helpful. Due to a special program they had just implemented, they were able to save me a substantial amount of interest charges.

I have worked with rffc for years now, and I love everything they stand for in values, and I believe they are more than fair in their communication and agreements.

I was shocked at how much they charge for interest and to top it off they never send you a statement, they just keep taking your money. When I asked to pay off a very large amount they refused to waive the credit card fee. When I asked for a supervisor the customer service rep ignored me and I had to ask 3 times and raise my voice before she transferred me! Go through your personal bank or credit union do not use them! Had I received a statement at any point in time this account would have been paid off a lot sooner.

This company has the rudest customer service EVER! I spoke with an representative months ago and ask to switch my payment method. She did not do it and now they are charging me NSF when they are receiving checks from my insurance provider. I have spoken to three different representatives and all but one was rude and not trying to resolve the issue. I never known one company to have so many nasty and rude people working for them, geesh.

Id recommend not using this company they have been incorrectly reporting to the credit bureaus. Tried talking to them about it. They are so rude and refuse to call me back about the issue. Been talking with a lawyer and getting ready to go after these people

Worked here for over a year now. I can tell you that the great lengths RFFC goes through for their dealers is second-to-none. I have never seen a company that genuinely cares for its clients as much as RFFC.

Very awesome Bank to work with, I recommend it to all of my friends. Especially being from Texas.
