    I have been coming to this branch for 11 years, it was my first bank account and the service used to be very good. I try to avoid it at all costs since around the start of 2020 (I’ve only been twice since then) because of their employee Cristobal, the 2 times I have been there He has been the one to “help” me. Except he’s not helpful, he’s rude, he’s arrogant, he’s disrespectful and he’s obnoxious. I used to feel welcomed into this branch but ever since he started to work there, it makes me want to just switch banks entirely because maybe I’ll get better treatment elsewhere. I don’t know who is doing the training but fire both of them.

    DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE ACTUALLY WORSE THAN WOODFOREST WHICH I WOULD NOT HAVE BELIEVED THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY REFUSE TO CASH YOUR CHECKS EVEN IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER AND THE CHECK IS TO YOU IN THE FORM OF A CASHIERS CHECK!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

    Wells Fargo needs to reevaluate their policies. They took the ability of drive thrus to issue temp check away. Forcing people to go inside but they also never staff their inside tellers adequately. It’s a constant cycle of restricting services or access to employees to redeem services.

    Will never go to that branch again. Tired of bad experiences. Will miss you Jean Paul. The only kind person there. Please do not reply. No one addressed my issues when I was there. Not trying to be mean just disappointed. I still say thank you and have a nice day. I will never cause a scene. The Branch on Frazier inside HEB is fine. The few times I have to bank with a personal banker.

    Drive Thru tellers not so nice... I have been to this branch 2-3 times in the past few months and the girls in the drive thru are not so nice. I went thru the drive thru on one occasion and the girl that was working provided me a withdrawal slip. I filled it out and sent her my drivers license and my Wells Fargo bank card as the secondary ID. She stated that my signature did not match what they had on file?! I told her to look at my driver's license. Clearly it matches my face that is on her colored monitor that she can see. She would not give me my money until I resigned the withdrawal slip. She was very snooty with me when I told her to look at my DL and that she could see it was me. She didn't like that too much. Overall, unfriendly with an attitude towards me. Had a second incident with another one of the girls there and was treated the same. Go to the other branch next to the court house in downtown Conroe. The ladies there are MUCH NICER! After seeing the Google reviews on this branch, I now understand that I am not the only one that has had bad customer service at this branch. Seems like there is a management issue...

    Sign on the door says they're open but the door is locked. Then I'm told by an employee the lobby is closed but the drive thru is open and that all four lines are open. Pull around to the drive thru and it was ten minutes before one car moved. Took me twenty minutes to complete a thirty second transaction.

    Really bad customer service, looking for a new bank to bring all my accounts over. Hopefully a bank who understands and actually cares about clients. The only branch that makes wells fargo looks bad in Conroe / Houston area, terrible tellers & their manager.

    Worst bank in Texas. Do not use them. They lie and steal from you. The people working here dont know their own jobs. You have been warned STAY AWAY from this bank. Wells fargo not just the branch.

    The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in the greater Houston area. My son opened an account online because doing so in person is next to impossible. He received an email saying he then needed to bring an ID to a location to finish the process. Which he did, waited 45 minutes and the banker helped him, verified him and told him he was good to go and would receive his debit card in the mail. Well he never received it, and 2 months later we went to this same location to deposit money and ask for his debit card to be mailed!! In which SUPRISE she never finished opening his acct. So we then had to wait AGAIN for a banker to finish the process one more time. We sat patiently waiting, only to be met with the worst customer service by a banker named Chris and spoken very rudely to. I will never again return to this location!! DRIVE THE EXTRA 30 minutes to The Woodlands locations. This location is AWFUL!!

    Came in today to try and make an account for my son around 1oclock and was told by the banker teller that an advisor won’t be available til 2 so I can either come back or go to one of the other two Conroe locations. Asked if I could Make an appointment with the advisor for 2 and the teller said I can just come back and be seen right away. Well I was back at 2 and the only advisor was helping with other customers at the front. I let them know I need to speak with the advisor and they told me she was too busy helping the front and she’d be with me in a few minutes but she also has an appointment so I can wait for her or go to the other locations. Well I waited for her and She never came out. I can understand being short staffed but if you tell a customer someone will be there at 2 to help them THEN SOMEONE SHOULD BE THERE AT 2 TO HELP THEM. DO NOT KEEP SENDING THEM TO OTHER LOCATIONS WITHOUT EVEN BOTHERING TO HELP.
