Would not recommend this company to anyone. Recently closed on a property, and after 5 days, they still have not recieved funds. Was told it's "due to the logistics", which is nothing more then an excuse to punt the problem to another loan officer/closing agent. If you don't mind your own personal reputation being smeared, then this is the company for you.

We both purchased and sold our home using Union Title. The employees knew exactly how to assist us every step of the way and did a great job communicating each step. I couldn't be more pleased working with this company and would highly recommend them.

Worst service ever. As a builder they don’t even know how to confirm at the end of a project all invoices and bills are paid or even get the builder to confirm and sign a lien waver at the end of construction. I would recommend finding a title company that knows what they are doing not these guys for sure. I would love to get final payment on a project but these fools forgot how to do their job or maybe don’t even know how. Needless to say the lien has been filed! Protect your money and investment and go to any other place. I will never do business here again that’s for sure.

The folks at Union title give their all in pursuit of a quality closing . Like anywhere there are glitches and even occasional errors but they never fail to “ make it right”. In urgent situations they never fail to respond in a timely manner and for unique situations they respond with a can do attitude and always get it done . Highly recommend .
