Union Bank Camino Del Mar, Del Mar

The customer service here is OUTSTANDING! Not a lot of other union branches have friendly people that work fast and hard like this branch. I had a very good experience with Lucy, helped out a lot. Highly recommended branch!👍

This branch has double doors that only let you through when the last door has closed. I think there's a metal detector also. Makes me feel less safe than the open floor plan banks. I wonder who they're defending against. Closed my account a while back when they started charging fees on everything. Went in to cash a check that a friend wrote me (she still banks there), and was told there's a $5 fee to cash a personal check if you don't have an account with them. No reason to ever walk through their doors again. I'll stick to the awful bank I'm with now.

I like this branch. It's in a cool location, I usually just use the atm... parking is easy

They really need to find a new debit card distributor. When we first started banking here three years ago, it worked fine. But now they have a different company and when your debit card is compromised it takes 10 BUSINESS DAYS to get a new one. By that time, essentially two weeks, most of the automatic payments you have set up on that card bounce back at you. The young man that called to tell me my card had been in a compromised lot, explained that I could go to a teller with a check and get cash. Really ? wow that's convenient at the gas station, the grocery store...Yeah, I'll just walk around with a gunny sack full a cash for half the month.

Just a bank. Finally acknowledged for being inside after 2x minutes. Then it went well
