Whenever I would send an email or leave a message, I would get a response within the hour if not within minutes of sending, I was shocked by how quick of a response I would get....much faster that what was expected by far!!!!! The Chad Baker Team helped me close on my initial loan when I purchased back in 2015 and now helped during the refinance. If anyone every asks, I know the team that everyone needs to work with. Chad and his team made the home buying process so much easier than our previous experience. In a short conversation where we supplied him with the necessary information he was able to secure us a pre-approval letter within hours, so that we would not miss out on the opportunity to place an offer on a house earlier that day. Once our offer was accepted he and his entire team were a pleasure to work with and had great communication (even on the weekends). If anyone who was helping us coordinate was going to be out of the office, we would get an email notifying us and who would be in contact with us during that time if anything else came up or was needed. I had a very complex case but in being persistent, he was able to get me into a much better product at a much lower rate (2.5% lower) and move from a 7 year ARM to 30 Year fixed. They closed earlier than they initially estimated, so that's how fast they work. Chad identified a way for us to lock in the lowest rate despite the financial markets being in chaos. It was incredibly valuable for such a large financial move we were making. The team communicated so well, very clearly, and lightning fast. They were so great I reached out to see how I could leave a review for them. This is not just another lender, they are truly in the top echelon of teams out there. These guys are the best mortgage team i've ever come across. If i could give them 6 stars i would. They worked with my wife and I for over a year, and never lost hope in our search for the perfect property. they are patient, kind, professional, and their due diligence is unmatched. they were always very timely in their responses to my emails or calls. Chad and his team are definitely masters of their trade. Our needs were always treated as priority, felt like we were given VIP treatment. I will use them again 100% for our next investment!
