On two separate occasions the branch manager has loudly announced my account balance while I was cashing in my change and withdrawing money so the entire bank could hear her. That is not only rude but also announcing private information. As a branch manager you would think she’d act a little more professional and care about customers privacy.

I generally hate Unibank, because they fail to stop charging PMI, even when they're required to under FDIC regulations. However this branch office isn't responsible for the loan department in the main office. In fact, this branch had always helped me out when I need it.

Service was poor, not knowledgeable of my questions, had to go to the phone every time I had a question. The staff I felt did not know their products. WI'll never go back.
