I was short on funds to cover my monthly living expenses, have used other pawn shops when needed in the past with disappointment as they seem to offer about 15% of the value. This time I tried empire and was relieved that they actually offered a fair and considerate loan offer pertaining to the item and it's value. Was treated very fairly and received an amount above my expectations giving me the much needed funds to get by. Highly recommend and will use again

Empire loan is the best to go, To sell or pawn/loan. Your valuable items they will give you top dollar And the service Representatives that are working there are top notch.. Empire alone is very lucky to have them for employees. I will always be a customer there.

Brought a brand new $500 watch it to get appraised expecting to get around $200, said they looked it up on ebay and found one for $100 so they offered $30. For anyone wondering it’s a on2427 watch by oniss. Which is not on ebay so I don’t even know how they priced it. Guess they just low ball anything of value

I have been doing business with this proprietor for 30 years now and they work with you and have a great customer service and will work with you to retrieve your merchandise if you are late as long as you talk to them they are very agreeable to work with they always paid fair market value and don't play any shyster games hey you straight respectable business like in the old days when your word means something some people still do deals on a handshake because their word is more valuable than money but that is very view individuals who still I have those values and live by them this is the best pawn store in Worcester as far as giving proper value for your products also Have good sales on items again staff is very respectful and I believe you will get the best loan out of any other pawn stores there is no better one in this city. I have be going there for years..I am never late..I am 65 and very ill, I usually get a reminder about the bill in my gmail..but even with out i pay on time...I was late today...didn't have the change to cover the bill due to it being over dye..I am CRYING...snot coming out my nose crying and some stranger offers a dollar...once I am done, I will starve or go without before using them....long time customer ....it's a pity to treat sick people badly, especially the manager has been sick before too and knows what it's like...

Empire loan opens before everyone else.and exactly when they say there going to open.nit 10 or 15 mins late like some of the other guys.i am grateful for that.employees are very knowledgeable and friendly .and most of all I get top dollar for my gold and electronics.i was shocked at how much I received today for my jewelry. They do not take advantage. Thank you for being so trustworthy and reliable.

Very nice and informative employees. I had some valuables stolen out of my car, I called this shop just ask a few questions on the process of pawning and stolen items. The gentleman I spoke with took the time to explain in detail on what I should do from here. I don't typically do business with pawn shops (no reason why) but if I ever find myself needing to I will 100% go to Empire first just based on my one phone call with this very courteous employee.
