do not recommend ANYBODY financing with this company! I pay off my car in November 17 and never received the tile they don’t car and said you have to wait I’m tired of it.I'd give them ZERO stars if i could. Please be wary of this company and do your research before getting into buisness with them!

This company is a joke. They lost the title to the car we paid off. Told us the RMV would have it, went to the RMV just for them to say your bank has it. So no one has the title and we had to pay for a duplicate title application because they have no clue where it went. That's just one issue, there were many. Don't waste your time.

These people are theives! Never use this bank! I traded my car that I had with this bank 5 months ago and they owed me 1 payment back and they keep saying the send the check but they haven’t. The people that handle refunds don’t have contact info. Manager was not able to help also. I will call my bank and Do a charge back and have them deal with it I need my money ✌️🖕🤷

I only have great things to say about First Help Financial. I have been a finance manager for over 5 years now and they are always very helpful. Vinny Francisco is my go to guy, he takes great care of my team. Maria Rosenthal is a rockstar on the funding side and when I have any issues with titles I call Roberta Niedzinski she is the best! FH is a 10 on my books

Finance my car ,paid off in 2 years in november 2012,i sold my car in that day and bought another one that i alredy paid off and waiting for my titlle afrom my new car couse first help financial didnt send me my tittle.i ve been called them since we paid off and they still saing to my that my tittle is in the storage and and they will send This is never happen, that instituition is a joke,i spend more than 3 yours waiting for the custumer care Im very regretwd to finance with them,now im alone waiting for my tittle and they always say the same thing and they make excuse about the holidays

How is Elmer a branch manager ???? He is extremely rude and condescending. 40+ years in the car business I have never dealt with a bank that doesn’t want to help!!! ZERO STARS !!!!

First Help Financial is a great bank to help people who have a difficult times with there credit. Not even just That but today a had to get a document for my car and I got helped from Karla ID # 72335. She was very helpful explaining everything in a way that was very helpful and understanding. Diego, helped me a lot. with my financial situation I almost lost my car. Once was in fault with my installment payment loan. After 3 month late, Diego really helped me with everything to pay the total balance past due and gave me all support to have my car back with the toll company. thank you Diego

And when I call my rep, Luis. he is always right on top of things! Will continue using them in the future!

First Help Financial was really a friendly hand when I was trying to buy my first car. They were there for me every time I had a question, financed my car and when the time to cancel the balance came Karla was the best assisting me through the process. Would recommend without a doubt.

I love the service at this place! I went in looking for help with a financial issue and after speaking with Ana Rezendes for a couple of minutes she was able to help me understand better. It was very easy and fast forward… totally recommend!

Oh Lord, where to begin? So unfortunately I finance a car with this people. Has being more than a month that my car is paid off but I didn’t receive anything saying that I paid my car, also they didn’t report to the credit bureau and also didn’t receive my title.I need to buy a new car but they don’t want to send me anything proving that I paid off my car since I being calling for about three days now, all they tell me is that they are waiting for the tittle department to respond a email. At this point I don’t know how long it will take for them to send me a simple letter, maybe 3 months I don’t know.This people are not professional and they don’t care about their costumers. I will never finance with them again I will not let any of my family finance with them and I will tell everyone how horrible they are. Very very very unsatisfied 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I highly recommend this lender. I work for Priority Chevrolet in Chesapeake and we use them all the time. They are very efficient and helpful. My go to representative is Miguel Soto, he is just amazing. When I need help with a loan he is readily available to answer all questions and to help expedite the process. Thanks for all your help.

I made the discharge of my vehicle and after 3 days they charged me another monthly fee and when I contacted they claimed that this was because the system was already programmed to make the billing and that a refund would be made within 3 to 5 weeks through a check and it's been almost 8 weeks and nothing has been resolved yet. I need my money, dishonest company. I will never finance them again.

Ana was truly great! She helped me with all the questions I had, and got what I needed done efficiently and seamlessly.

I hate to even give one star. By far the worst customer service. It takes a long time to connect with a rep when you call. They take hours to respond by chat. They are not understanding about the pandemic. They do not help make arrangements and will make excuses to not help you. They will repo your car if you are a month late on payment even after speaking many times with customer service. They will damage your credit and will not help you. Stay away unless you’re not affected by Covid.
