There are many different products that can be used on the market for bitcoin cold storage and while if used correctly most are very secure, it is better to set yourself up with a multi signature setup. Unchained achieves the security and also provides a much more friendly user experience, akin to using a legacy stock brokerage account platform like E*trade or similar. The support that is provided from on-boarding, setup and learning how to use the product at your own pace is wonderful. They provide ongoing support as well as a library of informational YouTube videos that you can always reference which is great for someone like me that likes to watch a few times to understand. Beyond the cold storage solutions, which is the primary use, you can also receive loans against your bitcoin, setup bitcoin based IRA’s and I would assume another host of products will be coming over the course of time. I have recommended Unchained Capital to family and friends and will continue to do so. In my estimation, they are the best all bitcoin platform around based on product and service. I expect that to only get better. There are different price points for the different products they offer but from what I have seen they are also on par with industry price points without sacrificing security, UX or on going support. You won’t regret using Unchained.

UC is a standout company in the bitcoin space. Their corporate DNA is very much aligned with bitcoin's ethos and they give back a lot to the community (eg Caravan for Multisig wallets, indepth educational podcasts, etc). I'm a long-time customer of their's and remain so as they are the only lender I have found that doesn't rehypothecate loan collateral.
