After 2 years of banking with them they unexpectedly close my account with my money on it, then they said they will issue me a refund a check with my remaining balance 7-10 business days I still haven’t received it so I call again now they say 10-15 business and still haven’t received it now they say since I haven’t received it they will launch a investigation(7-10) days to see if my check was already cashed and if not they they they will issue a check again after the investigation was completed for another 7-10 business days. This company is fraudulent they take your money without you even knowing you account is closed until you check for yourself. Recommend anyone not to bank with this company and they have terrible communication over the phone with the representatives. So now i will have my attorney file a lawsuit against this company for holding my money and closing my account without any consent of me knowing. They are just giving run arounds at this point what a disgrace.

Wow this company fell off!!! I've had a card for 7 years and will burn it today. These folks would steal from a blind man Stealing from disabled people. this place is not American and has no clue about being ADA compliant. these off shore agents can not comprehend banking issues in the USA I have worked for Wells Fargo and Citi Bank. These tactics are illegal. No response from Dispute team in Texas.

If you need to report fraud, they will not answer at all, they ignore you completely. Even if you speak the words REPORT FRAUD, they still ignore you. THERE IS NO REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, ONLY BOTS WITH NO BRAINS AND THEIR HEADS ARE APPARENTLY NOT WORKING EITHER. APPARENTLY THEY HAVE BEEN TRAINED BY BRAINLESS SO-CALLED HUMANS. TIME TO MOVE MY ACCOUNT

If you have an issue with fraud you won't get any help from this company.Customer service fraud # (spoke with Jean I think lol) is outsourced can't understand with the giant language barrier my issue was not resolved but they blocked my card so when I got disconnected and called the fraud division of c ustomer service back my card number did not exist so now I have to write corporate and wait I am sure weeks to months for any resolution Beware Consumer I wanted to give 0 stars do your research

I Don't Recommend and the only reason I gave one star is because that's the only way I could post about them. This company has stolen over 1,000 from me. I have been trying to dispute several fraudulent transactions since 04/01/21 and have been denied, getting hung up on, being redirected back to the main menu, having all my disputes merged together as if it's one transaction, etc. I never had this type of issue arise until this year. This company is a Hot Mess and Money Hungry. Stay Away because they take your money so much at first, I thought it was Hackers taking my funds, but the Hackers are Netspend....Beware!

Absolute Horrible business. I wish i had read the reviews before attempting to use them for a quick prepaid visa during a short trip. Since February 3rd I have been waiting on a refund check in the mail. Never received the first one. Now I'm told that at least 3 refund checks were sent because the first 2 were made void. But to never have received the first one that was sent is total garbage. I can't believe this place is still in business.

I give this company 0 stars, my card got hijacked in a different state 10 minutes after I purchased something in my state, they cancelled my card and said they were sending me a new card. If I want my new card in 2 days, I would have to pay them 25 dollars, or I could get for free if I wait 7-10 business days, its been more than that now and I still don't have my card. They capitalize on the hardship of fraud and held my card and money hostage unless I pay them more money. Oh and also I won't be paid back for the money that was stolen fraudulently until 2 months later when they decide to do so. Worst financial company ever. Consumer beware!

I’m sitting here for like 15 minutes so far. Trying to call about a transaction that I canceled on Amazon. Trying to figure out what they did with my money. Still no answer. Bout to just say buy to my money. Was going to buy something else but then wont be cooperative. Any advice?

I have been with Netspend from the beginning and for the last two years it has gone totally downhill. Put on hold because NONE of their agents know anything...pending charges and credits on hold for 3-4 days. Agents that struggle to speak with an clear and understandable voice. As a loyal and long term user, it's time for me to move to green pastures.

I love this company. They help me with my banking. Paycheck,. Overdraft and questions, not only are they extremely helpful but professional as well.
