Umpqua Bank Oak St, Eugene

Umpqua Bank on Oak Street is the best banking experience I have ever had. Everyone is ready to help.

Once again the employees at this branch did not do their job. This has happened before. Phone calls not returned, help absolutely not rendered and no follow through, all while being very condescending.

I started an account here this month and was supposed to be sent a debit card two weeks later. When it never arrived, I called and was told to wait two more days. I called a second time and was told a new card will be sent another two weeks out. I feel unsafe carrying cash around and think Umpqua should issue temporary cards... like any normal bank.... so that this isn't an issue. So far, not glad I switched.

I have never seen more than two tellers at once here. I always have to wait. Why do I bank here? Edit: 10 months later and unbelievably the same treatment. Four tellers in Windows, only two transacting. Closing out my accounts right now.

NOT the world's greatest bank! This bank and particular establishment is a disgusting environment! Most the staff are unprofessional, unknowledgeable answers, and kean to give you CAN'T do attitude. I personally AVOID this location!

I dread coming to this location. Unfortunately this is the closest bank to me and I always get discriminated by EVERY employee.. Not fair, might switch banks.

Well they charge me over draft fees even if I get money in the same day every time my fiancé of 8 years &3 children later calls for info they won’t let me talk and if I try they say they will hang up because it’s not my account and they ask him to take it off of speaker the rudest people ever and I made and appointment to set up an account even after all of this because of all the trouble they cause us I thought it would be easier if I could just transfer money to an account for myself and of course the appointment never came and I called there mortgage guy to help us get our loan for our first home and we never even got a call back so the only reason we are here is because that’s where his job had there account set up but I would never use this bank by choice I hope that one day they change and get better but today is not that day

I had to go into this Umpqua Bank while doing an errand for my work. I thought it would be very complicated and I was dreading it. Ben Townsend made the process simple and uncomplicated. He worked through it with a smile on his face the whole time explaining every step he was going through. He was very professional and very pleasant. I would recommend banking at this bank.

Amazing! Worked with them to get our mortgage and they were super helpful. We’re new to the area and it’s so nice to have the comfort of a small bank but all the resources and knowledge of a big chain. Thanks Umpqua!

Always friendly and fast service. After 15 years of Umpqua banking, I have Never had a problem.
