Umpqua Bank S 320th St, Federal Way

We've been a business customer for 8 years. Once the Twin Lakes location closed, we were left with this location. It has actually worked out better as it's closer. The staff is friendly beyond just a hello and generally quick with the transactions. Hardly ever a line beyond 2 people.

I've been with this bank since 2014. Never really had any issues and do my best to manage my money in ways to avoid overdraft charges. I bill everything on my Discover card and pay it off every month. Thus, I haven't interacted much with Umpqua customer service all these years until this past week or so. Let me tell you. This bank harbors the most morally, ethically, intellectually, and professionally bankrupt individuals you will ever come across. They have closed their lobby due to Covid-19 and told me to use their drive-thru to deposit a check. The wicked bank representative disregarded I didn't have a vehicle. And they don't provide an ATM for pedestrian access. They told me over the phone to enter and wait outside with all the vehicles entering drive-thru. When I asked if I can schedule an appointment, I was told they don't have any availability and hung up the phone. When Covid-19 restrictions are lifted, I am running away from this bank. They are highly unprofessional, sketchy, and disregard their own customers safety. I was able to download Umpqua bank app and deposit my check. I don't why the representative couldn't tell me this. I can't wait to close my account and you should too if you believe in being treated with DIGNITY.

All of the Umpqua staff are wonderful and Lynda Iserno mgr. Of Burien branch is the very best in integrity, graciousness and accountability. I would make her president of the United States if I could

Drive thru service horrible. Waited over 20 minutes in line just to make a deposit. Hard to imagine since the lobby is closed and drive thru is the only thing open. Very disappointed and very serious about changing banks because of this. Horrible experience.

Love our local Umpqua branch on 320th. Always greeted with a smile. They know us by name (our dog too). Super customer service and always looking to assist.

This place is pretty good! Online banking is alright, but not something I use on average.

Always been very quick, friendly, since Covid struck can only use drive thru & not open Saturdays now which is the most convenient time for me to go. Friendly staff, not a lot of turnover of employees, and they're dog friendly, let you bring in your dog's and always have treats for the pups.

Don’t want to cash their own cashiers . Stupor Service. Don’t open account here until need Headache

Explains things about different options for my banking needs & also with a personal profile so I can walk away & retain all the information in terms so that when I come back I know what I'm talking about so I don't feel stupid & can make informed descions for myself, Thank You, Umpqua

Always feels good to walk in the bank & have them know you and treat you like family & the lines are always short.
