Justin was beyond helpful even though it was very busy and it was only himself and one more person. They both were very kind and never showed any signs of stress or frustrations for having a long line. He looked up and genuinely thanked everyone for their patience and advised us that they'd be with shortly. He did not rush my transaction, showed interest in my dilemma and attempted to assist my needs as best as possible. He demonstrated nothing but amazing customer service and everything you'd want in any kind of monetary transaction he did. He was thorough, explained everything to a t and ensured that I understood what I was signing. I am impressed that this store went above and beyond, I loved Justin's attitude and saw how attentive he was with everyone. I Highly recommend them!

Hanna and Rachel were absolutely amazing, we went in to purchase a product and got more than we expected for an Amazing deal...We will definitely be returning to to purchase again, very warm, welcoming and friendly. We drove everywhere looking for something specific and they were eager to help us find what we needed, items are reasonable and not over priced as is the case with many shops in the Federal Way area. I have used this Pawn Shop for the last 2 years. Their pricing is great as well as loans on items you bring in. The staff is truly outstanding and they all deserve more money for what they do each day. Each of them is very friendly, helpful, caring and most of all understandable about situations and understand things come up in life in which we may need their help on. They love to help if they can. They have a mindset and truly believe we are all humans and make mistakes and will offer 2nd chances as long as you communicate with them. I truly respect what they’ve done for me on items I’ve lost or been late on. I can’t say enough about you guys. PAWN 1 should be your 1 and only place to go if you want everything I’ve described. You can trust them with your items. They take extra care ensuring your items are handled and packaged properly to prevent damage. Great overall experience. The manager Justin is awesome and really tries to take good care of & work with his customer's. I find store well organized and prices are reasonable unlike the CROOK'S across the street at Cash America.

I went in with my boyfriend to pawn something, ended up finding some cool stuff. Sharee & Krystal were so helpful & knowledgeable, good customer service!

I see a ton of glowing reviews for this place and really wish I had a similar experience. I had purchased a .22 from here over 60 days ago and just picked it up this week. I understand that they have no control over the background check period so that's fine, not their fault. However they had the wrong phone number in their system for me so when my initial proceed came through I wasn't contacted and had to resubmit the paperwork. I made sure they had the right number and waited. At around day 15 I called to ask and the guy just gave me a curt "we'll call you". I explained what happened last time and he asked for my name - not even a second later he says I haven't been approved yet and ends the call. I honestly don't even think he checked. I called back on day 26 (4 days before it would expire and I'd have to do this all over again) and I could barely keep her attention because she was too busy laughing and joking with a coworker or customer. Finally I got a call on day 30, when I was at work, telling me to pick it up today or it was forfeit. I felt like I was being treated as an annoyance rather than a customer. I hate leaving bad reviews but I don't plan on visiting this pawn shop again. The only draw here over other locations is the fact that they sell firearms. Prices are good, store is clean and the location is horrible (I've also worked on pac highway) so there's an expected roughness to some of the staff - all in all I can see why people like shopping here but after my experience I won't be one of them

I love this pawn shop! I bought a pendent from here and it didn’t fit in my chain. Justin went out of his way to offer my money back. He then made it work by helping me fix my necklace. In the end it fit and it looks great!! I love it! They were so helpful and kind. Mark even helped an old lady with some stuff non pawn related while I was there. They also tested my friends chain and in finding, it was real! He immediately advised her to get an appraisal from a jewelry store to make sure she would get her money’s worth in case she were to sell it. I will definitely go back to this shop and would recommend it to anyone who asks.

Laura was such a sweet heart! I was across the street at the other pawn shop and decided to check out the new one. She was so helpful and caring. Everyone was so friendly. I love how clean and organized this shop was, too! The prices were pretty good considering the stuff I was looking at. I'm coming back for their great jewelry selections.

Super friendly staff!! Great selection of merchandise! Their prices a great aswell! We have bought our firearms with them. Picked up a few guitars and movies! I am so glad they came to federal way!
