Unfortunately the one time I actually had to go in to pawn something I was turned away because they said that they were trying to focus more on the jewelry and that my tool was too specialty for them. I've bought tools I've bought sunglasses I think I bought a pair of shoes I've bought all the Razor gear that they get that comes in. That's why I'm changing my rating from a 5 to a 4

I have never been in or needed to even go to a Pawn/Loan shop prior to this pandemic and losing my job. It has caused so many problems and I had no other choice. They made me feel very welcome and I was able to get what I needed out of the items I didn't want and the items I needed to take a loan out on. They don't charge an insane amount for loan repayment. I went in and explained my situation as to why I was unable to pick up and I needed to renew my loan I have had to do this 3 times due to no job and not having money. I am still struggling and working on Getting it repaid so that I may pick up my item. I was really nervous the other day I had missed my pick up date and I was worried I had lost My item. I let them know it means a lot to me and I don't wanna lose it however it was all I had to make it through a few months until I can get back on my feet. They were very understanding and told me that they would extend it until I was able to get up there and renew my loan again. This is the best Pawn place ever if you go anywhere else you are losing money. I truly feel they care about their customers and they are actually here to help and yes they wanna make money as well but they're so great about it I wish all business owners could learn from them. I don't really Like to shout my personal business to the world however I feel that Elite Pawn in Federal Way deserves a shout out regardless.

My first impressions when I walked in was: "a bit of a rough neighborhood". The front window was cracked, and the sign on the door said (accompanied with a handgun picture) "we don't dial 911". That said, the customer service was surprisingly good. They had a decent selection ranging from power tools, to electronics, to video games, and they even had cell phones. The staff running the store was very patient with my little brother, who I had accompanied to the store in search of a specific game that they had in inventory. I'm still wary of the general area of the store is in, but I felt completely safe in the store.

I have no complaints these guys are fair and the stipulations with pawn tickets being lost are dealt with differently here.

So they now get 2 stars because when i wanted to buy 2 game consoles they wouldn't even negotiate price... So if i pawn something they work with me but buying something is not worth it here! If there not going to negotiate price on purchasing. Not coming back here again to buy or pawn anything!!! Every time my kids and i come here they treat us excellent with customer service. I have been coming here for years and they always treat everyone with a welcome.

This is the best pawnshop in King County, maybe in all of Washington; they're as good as it gets. I prefer Elite Pawn in Federal Way for many reasons. Not only do they provide excellent customer service, but the hours are great, there's 15% less fees than most places (no missing ticket fees, etc.), they have decent prices, and they'll give you a fair price for items you trade in. There really isn't any reason to go to any other store because they even price match if you can prove another store's price is lower. Every time I go there I leave feeling great; in all of my years going there I have never left the place feeling scammed or mistreated. I even purchased the dell laptop that I'm using to write this with at Elite Pawn, which was a great price and works just like new. Everyone that works there is great. Once you go in, you'll never want to go anywhere else ever again. One time when I got a loan for my laptop, Mo actually gave me money to purchase a new charger after mine was accidentally damaged at the part where the cord comes out of the ac/dc power adapter. Any other place would have given me a hard time or wouldn't have taken responsibility at all, but Mo at Elite Pawn didn't give me a hard time at all and after being unable to find a charger to replace mine he didn't hesitate to give me the cash I needed to replace it. He even let me keep the damaged one too. Thanks Mo, you guys are always killing it.

There was a mix up with my ticket. Long story short, they went above and beyond to make it right by replacing my item with something that made me more than happy. They by no means had to do anything at all; could have said it was my fault and my problem, but they took care of me. That stands out in this day and age. Big shout out to Bart, and Juan for hooking me up. Appreciate you guys big time! I will definitely be directing my business, and recommendations towards Elite Pawn from now on. Just had my first of what will be many trips here. We met one of the owners and he was very helpful. The experience was so good we almost walked out without our money. He and another worker made sure we got it though. Every worker we talked with was very friendly and respectful. They were quick to help, but I never felt like we were being rushed. I had seen tons of reviews for this place and how wonderful everyone who works there are, so I had high expectations. They exceeded my expectations a thousand times over. I will definitely be coming here again.

I’ve had a couple rings at this pawn shop and they are nothing but straightforward respectful no bs people. They go above and beyond for anyone that does business with them. Few and far between you find companies like this these days. Deal with the owner all the other guys are can’t make big decisions.

You won't find a better place to buy or pawn than Elite in Puget sound. bar none.. impeccable service and that's a value because if you experience all the others you will run back to Elite. Hands down the best pawn shop, and the ONLY pawn shop I go to anymore, even though I live N of Seattle. They're friendly, sharp, fair, and don't charge excessive or unnecessary fees for lost tickets, etc. They have always loaned me the amt I ask for, text me reminders before my ticket expires, and remember me when I come in. The shop is clean and organized, and they have great merchandise.

I came in during the Covid outbreak and the place was well marked with separate spots to stand inside and outside. The owner/manager was insanely helpful and makes everything down from sticker price. Got me to the register in less than 5 minutes and I didn’t feel rushed. After paying, I was asked if I wanted a bag. I said yes expecting a plastic bag. They gave me a dewalt bag for my tools. Amazing.

The employee was nice but not the type of store you would want to go to for shopping good deals. Be said they post most of their more valuable things online, leaving their store looking more like a garage/ rummage sale than a store.

This is an amazing store I have never seen. It is looking spick and span. Easy to find what you want. They give me excellent customer services. I buy a camera from them and they provided me a 30 days cash back guarantee if I find any wrong with it. Those people are very nice and polite in this store. They are the #1 Pawn shop in this state I can tell. I will definitely recommend all my friend to this store.

Elite Pawn is the best pawn loan business around! Their interest rates and fees are low, they are very flexible with repayment options, their communication is superb, and they are very friendly, courteous and professional.

Previous employee review - Shop is great. Moe and Bart treat you well on a first class basis. The rest of the staff is knowledgeable in their own departments and the company caters well to new as old customers. The atmosphere is so chill that some customers just come by to hang out and say hi, maybe drop off lunch (lol) but I feel like they retain their customer base by keeping to their standards which is to never look down on anyone. Never had a problem with the owners. If employees had an emergency, family or financial, even personal, they worked with the employees and gave us more than ample resources that other companies wouldn't normally give out. 2 thumbs up here from me.

My buddy told me to go here over Cash America because they truly offer the best, most fair prices, even though I've built a lot of trust and credit with them. However, I decided to give it a shot and I was not disappointed. The younger black dude helped me, and was hella fast, and gave me way more than I was expecting for some Nintendo Switch Games. I was going to pawn my Switch but he knew I didn't want to so he made it so that I was able to just pawn a few games and still get the amount of money I needed. 10/10 would recommend. I'm going back today. They can get busy but they're usually pretty quick anyway. And try to get that dude that helped me, cuz he was really cool, easy to talk to, made you feel comfortable, and could tell he wasn't trying to bend you over raw like most other/all pawn shops.

Came in here to purchase a laptop for travel. I ended up getting one that was just too large but the owner helped me out with a return. They are beyond fair and not pushy in the slightest. They actually warranty their stuff!!! Cleanest pawn shop iv'e ever visited and have nothing but nice things to say. Very very honest/fair establishment. :) Will easily return for business.

These guys look at more than just the bottom line. I really feel like they care about trying to help you, especially if you're a repeat, long time customer. Yes, they're a business and have to make money, but they are far more compromising than any other pawn shop in the area. I have been on both sides of the deal, borrowing and purchasing and walked away happy and satisfied each time. Will never go to another pawn shop. Customer for life.
