UCCU - Orem UVU Branch Orem

Despite the construction rubble surrounding this branch, it is a 'place shining out of darkness'! Moises was the most excellent help, his polite and calm demenor made opening a new account a very positive experience. He literally went an extra mile by delivering my card to my office, when a temporarily computer outage caused some delays. I highly recommend UCCU (especially for people on UVU campus)!

It was easy to open an account with them. Took very little time. And my card was printed and activated as soon as my account was open.

I've never had a bad experience here. They are all very nice and helpful. I've never dealt with loans or anything major here, just depositing money into my account and getting my first debit card. I personally wouldn't go to this branch for major things like loans, but that's just me.

What can I say about the UVU UCCU? My husband and I have been customers for almost six months. In that time they have managed to screw up a ridiculous amount of stuff. First they messed up exchanging a check from Canada, and putting us $2,000 in debt because of their mistakes. Then they shut down our accounts because of the debt they gave us. Then they took my entire months paycheck, my entire savings and checking money towards this debt without my permission leaving me with literally zero dollars in all of my accounts. How can I pay for gas to get to work to pay off this debt they gave us? We call to see what they could do about it and they claim we never talked to them about any of this (which we did half a dozen times), and they yell at me and my husband. After hours on the phone, none of this is resolved. One employee tells us one thing, and another employee tells us another. No one seems to have any idea what they are doing. The attitude of their employees is disrespectful to say the least, and I am so disappointed in the Utah Community Credit Union. Take your money elsewhere or suffer.

Super fast and friendly at the UVU branch! I thought everyone in there was adorable 😍. Also loved the service I received at the 8th south branch in Orem! Nice user friendly app, lovin this bank so far!

I got my checking and savings account set up as well as a car loan. They were welcoming and explained the process clearly. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have banked with UCCU for 7 years now. I have gotten an auto loan from them, as well as a credit card. They are great! No hidden fees, very low fees on services such as cashier's checks, low rates on loans, and great customer service. I can't recommend them enough.

I have had positive experiences here. They are a little behind the curve in regard to online banking but the staff is very accommodating.

I can not believe what has just happened. Last week UCCU ran my daughter's loan through a manager and says that as long as she puts down 10% she is approved for $7,500. A week later they tell us now they want 15% down. What a joke! So that tells me that depends on the day and the manager it can be whatever they want. Don't UCCU have guidelines that they follow? I am amazed and can not believe the lack of system that is at UCCU. We have banked at UCCU for 20 years and we will be closing our account because they don't know how to treat their clients. They don't hold to their word. It is totally unacceptable. I will be closing my bank account there and move my business somewhere else. GOOD BYE UCCU

I'm from California and I never really knew about credit unions before I came to UVU for school, but having an account at UCCU has really been a great experience. It's super nice and convenient to have a branch on campus! It's been a life saver during those long days at school when I'm in need of something to eat! All in all, I would recommend UCCU to all UVU students.
